I have absolutely enjoyed my stay at Tru Hilton. Amazing staffing. Always so nice, polite and helpful. Answering the phone no matter what time and always offering helpful solutions. Room was so clean no marks or spots or left offer anything from previous guest. I loved it so much I extended my stay for an additional 3 days. Very quiet. Walls are not thin or anything..

We interacted with multiple staff during our one night stay. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and personable! The room was quiet and clean. I loved the set up in the lobby, and my husband said the breakfast was very good. They had coffee, hot water with tea and hot cocoa available in the lobby, even late at night! The location was perfect. Walkable to a great coffee shop, cute shops, and lots of restaurants. A very close drive to the casino and historic St. Charles. Such a great stay!

This hotel was excellent! I checked in late around 1:40 AM and was greeted immediately. Check in was a breeze and I was given 2 waters and a bag of cheddar popcorn as a little welcome gift which was very nice. Rooms are smaller but that doesn’t bother me. It was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I stay in A LOT of hotels and this was the best smelling room I’ve ever had. Sounds weird but it’s the first thing you notice when walking in. Area seemed nice and was quiet. Didn’t feel unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked the area and surrounding businesses. Did not like the fact that we found a roach in the room, bed sheets were stained, and the strong odor on marijuana in their elevators. Would not stay there again.

The Tru hotel in Saint Charles was near perfect for the purpose. It was very close to everywhere I wanted to go, the room was a nice size and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that they didn't fully communicate the housekeeping arrangements. Based on posted information, housekeeping would clean the room every other day, but they didn't mention that you needed to request it. After I got the necessary information the place was exactly right.
