When my wife and I checked in on Sunday October 19th we were assigned Room 405. When we got to the room and opened up the refrigerator we saw a live roach crawling inside and the whole refrigerator was wet inside. I went back down to the front desk and had our room changed to Room 301 which was much better. Jennie at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Absolutely NOT worth the cost or up to standards

We asked for a room that did not face the interstate, it was checked and stated it was not facing it. We were given a tiny room with a slider door bathroom, a window space was actually a closet with a curtain infront. The bathroom had mold on the seams. The tub backed up and was slow to drain. The neighbors showed up at 11pm and were loud and happy... though hard to sleep though as the walls were thin. Called down for ear plugs and they were out. Overall I would NEVER recommend or stay here again.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean. The pool was VERY cold and the whirlpool was VERY warm. The breakfast was typical, nothing special but the dining area was way too crowded.

Parking was fine! Halls were filthy the room was ok the floors needed attention. My husband about fell in the shower as the surface was slippery. Some kind of noise we couldn’t figure out from where was running all night. So there for not much sleep

We did not get the king accessible room that we had reserved thru Expedia and paid for. The staff on duty tried, but after an hour or so, we were put in a much smaller room.

The only complaint was breakfast. We went down at 8:30 & the was nothing left. He finally brought at potatoes. I took a bite & they were literally frozen. Waited 20 mins for scrambled eggs which never came out. We were very disappointed with all of it.
