Pool smells like rotting feet, water is super cloudy. Conveniently more then half the lights dont work. Worst of all was the bed bugs. Never trust a room again. Not to mention the manager cant even have a conversation with you and none of the staff seems surprised or apologized

Very clean. Was treated promptly with a great personality. The rooms were very clean and was ask by staff if I needed extra towels. Of course Hampton Breakfast was great. One of the main reasons we always stay at Hampton Inns. You know what to expect with no surprises.

Staff was very kind, but the hotel itself is in need of an update. Sink faucet was installed at a weird angle that you could barely wash your hands, toilet paper holder was broken, and over all dated. The highway noise was incredibly loud throughout the night. Most likely worse on a higher floor. For almost $200 a night there are much better options.

Room was okay but the motel definitely could use some improvements. Parking was very limited. Carpet in hall and elevator were not that clean . Apparently it was in a questionable part of town because the entrance doors were locked at 10:00 pm. We could not be there until almost 11:00 pm. It was cold and windy and we did wait in the small area between the outside door and locked inside door.
