A nice, comfortable place to stay. Close to good eats and shopping. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is nicely updated, the breakfast had a lot more than I expected.--Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, variety of bread, yogurt, even cream cheese, honey, etc. We didn't get to check out the pool. The room is big with several tables to use, including a fold out couch and coffee table. Coffee maker and fridge included. The bathroom is small, but the sink is outside which helps. Take note that we had a shower. Overall, a good experience at a very fair price.
Average stay, rooms were ok, need larger bathrooms, trim work was not finished
It was a nice hotel with a Jacuzzi. Some hotels with Jacuzzi raise the room rate, but sleep Inn kept the price reasonable. It was a nice spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator
I had meetings at the Ameristar Convention Center. Only needing a place to sleep, this was a good option in price. The room was clean and spacious. The business center for most part handled my needs.
The hotel was AWEFUL! We stayed for an hour only because we were trying to convince the hotel front desk associate to give us our money back. Feet stuck to the dirty bathroom floor, unidentifable stains on bedspread, air conditioner not working, pool out of order, no bathtub and exterior doors out of order. The hotel was dirty and not what was advertised. When we politely explained this to the desk clerk, she called my husband a profane name. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
The hotel property was just fine. [...]
