I’ve stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints. Walkable to historic downtown St. Charles and easy access to the Katy Trail. Can’t ask for more!

Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location! My family enjoyed the breakfast options, it was well stocked and a variety of options. The hotel was within walking distance of Main Street St. Charles and an easy drive into St. Louis. Rooms were clean and my kids loved the indoor pool. Our only small complaint was that the WiFi in our room did not work well and we didn’t have great cell service but the WiFi worked fine in the lobby and breakfast area, so not a huge issue but might be if working remote during your stay. Would definitely return here!

Historic charm with modern feel
This hotel is a perfect case of when old does not mean bad. Although the hotel has the appearance of a historical landmark, and is in the heart of a historical district, it's clean and well maintained. You have all the conveniences you would expect from a new hotel with the charm of a mature one. This is a solid choice for anyone passing through or in town for a longer stay.

The rooms are very intelligently set up. Tables on both sides of the bed, lots of plugs and good lighting. Enough towels and extra sheets and pillows already in the room.

Very clean and friendly service. There is a park just behind the hotel where you can access with the walking paths. Was great for our run. Very safe and family friendly. Great sit down restaurants just within a walk down a brick road in to town. Coffee shops and multiple stores to shop at.

Although this property was built in 2005, it has an old build look to it on the outside. The wood staircase on the inside also makes it look like it was build in the late 1800's early 1900's. The beauty of it is what appeeled to me. The room we stayed in was good. We had a double queen suite. The beds were fairly comfortable and the pull out sofa sleeper was accessible and easy to pull out. The bedroom door seperating the two rooms would close all the way. The halls were quiet after 10 pm. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk attendee baked cookies and set them out for guests. He was very friendly. My daughter met friends while in the pool. After we were done swimming we met in the lobby (large living space) and they played a board game for an hour or so. The night attedant was cool about it. They werent too loud, so I dont believe we bothered him too much. The pool was clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Nothing that really stood out about that. This place is 3.5 star quality. Overall stay was good/great.

Right there in “Old Town” as I used to call it. The parking and the staff were top notch, but no hot tub- sad face- and it was noisy in the room once we settled in as there was no control for a fan. We had to turn on an app for it.

GREAT stay in historic St. Charles!!
What a great spot! I traveled for work and stayed the first night over in Clayton. I quickly shifted to this area and I am so glad I did! What a cute little spot on the river walking distance to historic St. Charles. The breakfast was great too- so many choices!! My bed was comfy and everything was very clean. My only request is a fan in the room because I like it chilly and a little white noise never hurts :) All in all, I would stay here every time I visit!

The location for this property is wonderful. The rooms are super lovely, we took the king suite. Loved it - worked great for 3 of us. Pull out bed is doable, not the most comfortable, but I have not met a comfortable pull out bed. The staff in the day is efficient but not warm, the staff person we had at night was friendly. Could have been just a bad day for the daytime. Did I mention location was great?
