Clean, roomy, friendly staff, good & safe location. Nice to have a sitting area in the room. Would stay here again. Breakfast had normal offerings and good for a breakfast thats included. Casino, bass pro, fast food & old st charles nearby.

Stayed here one night while going to Oktoberfest. The rooms were very spacious and clean, didnt have a problem with cleanliness. Water pressure in shower was low but was okay to use. Must have put in a flow restrictor or something. Breakfast was so so. Orange juice was very watered down, food was luke warm but it was just a continental so it was good enough for one night. It was very close to the main shopping area of the St. Charles shops and Oktoberfest. We walked from the hotel to the main area and only took about 10 -15 minutes. Convenient location to where we needed to go. Would stay here again possibly.

The room was nice although the shower was hard to turn on. They must have installed a flow restrictor in the shower, because the water pressure from the spout in the tub what very strong, but when you set the flow to the shower head there was not much water pressure. The breakfast included with the room was typical continental breakfast stuff. They also had a place to get Sausage patties and scrambled eggs, but when I went down there there were no eggs. The dining area was not kept very clean. I was down there and noticed crumbs, etc. where people had sat before. when I went in about an hour or so later with my wife, those same places had not been cleaned. Selection of breads was not great. Coffee dispenser did not work when I was there.

My husband and I stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi tub. The room isn't "fancy", but the Jacuzzi worked well and was very relaxing! The bed is firm, but sleeps well! We walked from the hotel down along main street and on the Katy Trail. Breakfast was good! Sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. !

This hotel’s cleanliness was ok. The rooms were a little outdated. Our room had a phone in the bathroom and it was not a handicap room. The faucet handle fell off at one point, but it went back on easily. The elevator was very slow, but it is only a 3 level hotel so that made it a little better. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. Besides the front desk staff, there was a lot of staff doing not a lot of work. I’ve seen much bigger Hotels with the same amount of staff doing much more work than this staff was doing. If you are looking for a fast breakfast with many options, look elsewhere. Waffle mix, sausage, biscuits, bread, bagels, donuts, and much more were out. The people who were cooking breakfast were on their phones. When we told the front desk worker, she went and told the ladies working breakfast that they were out of everything. 15 minutes later everything was refilled. The pastries and bread were cold. They had to be heated up in the microwave. Otherwise the breakfast was mediocre. Pool and pool area were clean. Overall this is an ok hotel that needs some upgrades and needs to give the staff a good pep talk.

Stayed here while attending a wedding. The hotel was booked. We never heard any noise outside our room. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good. The bed was so comfortable! I have not slept that well in a long time! We will stay here again if in the St. Louis area. My only complaint is that the elevator is unbelievably slow. We ended up taking the stairs quite a bit but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Checked in for one night and never got to sleep. For two hours, from midnight till 1:00 the people in the room above us ran, jumped and had a great time. When our light fixture from the ceiling fell we decided to call the front desk. After asking them to ask them to quiet down and 30 minutes still not getting calmer, we decided to bring the light fixture to the front desk. The lady at the courtesy desk told us that she would take care of it. After another hour of still hearing the craziness up above us, we called again. The lady at the front desk told us we would just have to move and hung up on us after I mentioned getting my money refunded. We called back to get her name and she said there was no need to get her name and hung up again. At this point I felt like leaving and finding another hotel but it was 1:30 a.m. This entire situation could have been handle much differently. I just hope with this "terrible" review Comfort decides to train their front desk clerks better. We are Diamond members and have never been treated this poorly, we will not book here again.

I was very disappointed to arrive pretty late, ready for bed. To discover the TINY pillows on the bed..Of course we managed. We also had to wake up early & make it to the airport, but decided to skip the shower because I was disgusted in the (lack of) cleanliness of the bathroom. Honestly I didn't even feel comfortable standing in the shower.. I could clearly look and see that the bathroom probably didn't even get wiped down so I know for sure wasn't disinfected. There was hair on the toilet, sink & in the actual tub also draped all over the wall of the shower. Kind of hard to miss all of the hair I saw. Which leads me to believe the bathroom wasn't even touched. 😩 No thanks. Breakfast, however, was pleasant. Staff friendliness was 50/50.

I am a frequent Comfort Suites traveIer. I review with emphasis on certain things; staff, breakfast, bed comfort, cleanliness, amenities offered. Overall, I give this hotel a 5/5. The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good, the best we had at any comfort suites over 4 stays in two weeks. The pool was good. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cleanliness was great.

Upon check in we discovered BOTH queen beds were full of hair. Not one or a few hairs, rather FULL of hair on the sheets, as well as a few unknown substances on the sheets and pillow. The bathroom was dirty, especially around the toilet. I notified the front desk about the dirty bedding, and I asked for additional sheets. He reacted in disgust and said, "sorry" but this was a huge inconvenience since our arrival was late, and we simply needed to sleep and depart. Our requests to ensure the room was ready and with special requests was ignored. More importantly, the value of the stay was grossly eliminated. The only other amenity that would help right the housekeeping and customer service failure would be our departure and breakfast. Breakfast consisted of an empty sausage/gravy dish, and minimal hot food with a very dirty service counter, and an attendant that leaned against the wall during our entire stay in the dining area (about 25 minutes). She never refilled food, or cleaned, or greeted anyone. I consumed 2 hard boiled eggs. This was our worst stay in years, and second worst EVER in a choice hotel.
