Thank you for all that you do. You’ll have good attitude. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and when you come in, they give you a lot of information about the hotel or what you can do there. I love the fact that the prices are great there and you all do not ask for a deposit and just a card down that is wonderful. Me and my family didn’t have any money for real, but we only had enough to pay for the hotel but we didn’t have enough for a deposit and it was good to know that you all do not recommend a deposit we was affected by the tornado storm so we did not have any lights. Thank you so much.

Service great bed and shower sucked

The service was really great when I checked in and the lobby looks really nice. Just like the pictures on the bed. Looks nothing like the beds on the pictures. You could still see the Springs. That's how thinned out and overused the mattresses. They look fluffy and soft on the pictures.But it was sunk in in the middle and not a bed.That I would like to spend a hundred and fifty dollars on just to sleep in.

Needs to brush up on Service Dog Laws

Staff needs training in service dog laws. I was told at check-in that service dogs are considered pets and that all pets have to stay on 5th floor. They did let us stay even though there was no 5th floor rooms. Lots of people with service dogs also have mobility issues and 5th floor may not be great for them.

Highly recommended!

This hotel had good reviews and it's a Best Western so our expectations were high before we arrived. The hotel and our stay certainly met those expectations. Check-in was easy and the front desk person pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean in all the important areas although there was a fair amount of dust on the back of the TV. We always find having a fridge and microwave a helpful addition. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, and heating & air easy to adjust. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of choices from cooked food to cereal, pastries, and yogurt. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was cold when we arrived - AC was running on an already cold day. The fragance from room cleaning was a bit of a challenge since I have a lung condition. This was resolved by leaving the bathroom fan running for the duration of our stay. The review asked us to score on the environmental side of things; it was good to see large wall mounted shower gel, shampoo etc but unfortunatley, the usual amount of plastic one-time-use utensils. My wife and I recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in this area.

Great night stay

The front desk guy who checked us in was amazing! Told us places to enjoy a nice dinner and was just so kind. Only downside was when we came in a guy was smoking and we had to walk through it which as a non smoker is gross and disrespectful. No fault of the hotel though.

This hotel needs to be fully renovated. Smells musty under an antiseptic odor. Everything looks tired and mismatched. The location is great however and the hot water was plentiful.

Overall Clean Hotel

Upon check in, James greeted us. He was very friendly and outgoing. We got to our room and it smelled like it was smoked in. We called the front desk and James went above and beyond to get us a different room. The second room was clean. The toilet, however, was very close to the floor. It was difficult to stand up from it. It would have been fine for a very short person or a child but not an average adult. The desk was broken in 2 places. There was also a dirty wash cloth left in the shower.

Very Clean

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very poorly constructed. Very small and very little water pressure. There were several options on the breakfast buffet and it was very good. The pool opens at 5am which was nice.
