Switched room, because the first room was filthy and had a mold covered bathroom ceiling and rusty doors. I selected this hotel because it offered an indoor pool and would give my kids something to do, but the pool was out of order. Breskfast consisted of waffles and cereal, with foul smelling milk. However, the apple juice was decent. The only positive thing about this hotel was the convenient location.

Pool was closed, room had a dingy smell. The staff wasn't polite. I stood at the front desk while he was on the phone then when he hung up i wasn't acknowledged at all when i told him i had a reservation and my name he typed some stuff into the computer for a while then david ok now for name. Not really happy with the hotel cleanliness either. Really it's probably just old, but it doesn't feel cheapen

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was decent

Poor lighting, stuck, bad odor, elevator last serviced in 2015 and certificate is expired, mold in bathroom shower, furniture in rooms broken (chester drawers), severely poor upkeep, severely run down and outdated. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only problems we had was that one of each of our key cards wouldn't work. We would get that one redone and then the other card wouldn't work.

Thankfully I only received one bite but my traveling companion (separate room) received about 30 bites. Hopefully we did not get them in our luggage. We were on the 3rd floor. Would not recommend due to bedbugs.

Well got to the room and couldn't get the TV to work they came right up worked on it couldn't get it fixed moved us right away and my next stay is discounted for the problem

I'll never stay there again . Everything was damp and musty. Stained ceiling that im sure had mold behind it. Minty smell was used as a cover for god knows what. Bed clothes felt like they were out of the dryer 30 minutes early, very damp.

Had it not been prepaid we would have went somewhere else. First room smelled bad and the second room had car air fresheners hanging by the bed and in the bathroom. Beds where uncomfortable. I wont be staying at that hotel ever again

this was a pleasant surprise! staff was amazing, including the night clerk at the desk, we had an accident in the room and stained a bed sheet, we contacted the front desk and they came to get it promptly without a problem or a charge, totally made us feel at ease. plenty of options within walking distance including texas roadhouse, buffalo wildwings, bass pro shop, and numerous other options. would not suggest the room with a hot tub, not worth the upcharge, and far too small for 2 normal sized adults. overall it was a great choice, would definitely stay again

The location and price on this room was great for anything you wanted to do in St. Louis and St. Charles the room was comfortable- bathroom floors could of been a little cleaner dust around edges of walls as well as a used toothpick also the heater/airconditioner unit needed to be cleaned there was nail clippings? and small pieces of food in it. Not bad for the price for a one night stay.

Facilities could have been cleaner "Functional" but not a place I will go back to

Had a great stay here, indoor pool was slightly chilly being winter was hoping to be able to get in, room was nice and spacious, had the jacuzzi suite was great

Our hotel stay at Americas Best Value Inn was excellent. Everything from the location, room size, price, and even breakfast met our needs perfectly. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to staying at Americas Best for our next trip to the St. Peter's area.

This is an excellent location. Just a couple of minutes from my Grandma's place. It is within walking distance to Bass Pro Shop and Buffalo Wild Wings. Had a few and no need to drive. Awesome location. We did ask for a fridge but was not able to get one because we were not in a suite. I was really looking forward to a sit in the hot tub only to find out that there is not one. Those were the only drawbacks. I have stayed at this location 3 times and it works quite well for my purposes. Thanks!!

I took my husband to the hotel for a nice Birthday weekend and, much to my suprise we had a good relaxing stay. We stayed in one of the Hot tub rooms, it was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly as well as professional. My husband and I would like to return again.

I needed a decent hotel for just one night. This hotel was accommodating for just that. The staff was very helpful and nice. Every thing was clean. The only problem I had was that we stayed on the 3rd flood, one of my girls who decided to try every thing out as we all do when we stay some where. She proceeded to try to open the window in the room. I my self knowing that new regulation are to keep upper floor windows from opening, I was not concerned until I head the window open. I was shocked to the fact it opened and it was easily open by a 7 year old and it had no screen. Even tho my children understood after that to stay away from the window, It was still upsetting that this happen. Also, the faucets leaked, but it is a older hotel and for the money and easiness of where I needed to be I could deal with the faucets. Over all the stay was good.

close to downtown saint charles

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only problems we had was that one of each of our key cards wouldn't work. We would get that one redone and then the other card wouldn't work.
