Very helpful and friendly staff
Little kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors at 11 pm. Not enough staff to control things I guess.
I rented a few rooms in this property. Between them, we had one broken bathroom door lock, broken curtains, broken lamps, missing cups, missing towels, one clogged toilet with no plunger in the building, no cleaning supplies anywhere after hours, and a general sense of grime. We had to bring in our own alcohol wipes To clean the sticky off the doorknobs. There was a note in the elevators declaring in the “reasonable decision to stop renting to locals for the safety of the staff”. The desk attendants were less than helpful for any request.
Everything was dirty! Fridge didnt work and one light in bathroom with curtains shut in shower u couodnt see very well. Very noisy kids runing until 1 pm in halls
The hotel is fine. Beds are comfortable. The walls are thin... OR the man next to us just had an excellent projection at 2 AM when he talked on the phone for two hours. Honestly I think it’s the latter. The morning Person who checked me out behind the desk was delightful and professional! He knows what customer service is (I’m not trying to be a butt, and I get when people don’t want to be there... but I’ve worked in hotels, and it makes a difference for everyone. He is awesome and does his job! I hope the managers know! Wish he was there to check us in too...) Our room was mostly clean, but the bathroom wasn’t great. We didn’t use the shower, so whatever. The property has an ant problem, and that unfortunately sucks for the hotel, because always find a way. We had a third floor room and had some ants. Truly though, it’s fine! Lots of families and nice people around in the morning, and a very good breakfast! The morning staff is wonderful!
The good: the beds were very comfortable and the room as clean The bad: Very thin walls- could hear the TV in the next room, VERY unhelpful staff. We had an issue with sofa bed not opening up and the staff told me there was no maintenance on call and that my kid may just have to sleep on the floor. Only after a long argument did they sent someone to the room to help.
