We left immediately after seeing the room. It was pure filth.

Room was very dirty. Room wasnt cleaned, one bed was unmade, floor wasnt vacuumed, shower curtain had a very strong urine odor. The area seemed dangerous. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. I think it is a common place for drugs and prostitution.

Horrible. Walked into the room, phone was broken and there was trash and food crumbs on the floor of the room. There were bugs in the bathtub and stains on the comforter. Carpet was highly worn and filthy. There were people smoking in the hallway and the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke and worse. Immediately walked back to the front desk and requested a refund and left as fast as we could, we were afraid we might catch something. This hotel is in serious disarray and in desperate need of a complete make over.

Old and poor condition. Door lock looked unsecure. Mold around base of tub. Bottom of tub crusted with old adhesive from mat

Dirty, broken bed, multiple plugs into one electrical outlet, no elevator, filthy!

Looks really run down. Kind of ghetto. Wifi didn't work. Kept having to get key reset. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The hotel was ok for what we paid. Probably will not go back

The Rooms are Filthy. Some have bad furniture and deteriorated interiors. Sheets have stains. Pillow cases have not been changed. Towels not stocked. No Toilet Paper. Marijuana Drug smell in the hall ways. litter in the hall ways... unbelievable place. I can't believe it is still listed?? This should be taken off the market. NO WAY this is a 2 STAR Motel.

This is the worse hotel ever. It's extremely sketchy. The wall in the room was coming off and mold was growing, our toilet didn't work and the phone wasn't even hooked up to call. The sheets were stained the room looked so disgusting. I didn't even stay there, I went across the street got another room at motel 6 I suggest them way more. This was awful. The people who work there are rude and didn't believe me when I told him what was wrong. I am fighting to get my money back.

A/C not working. Bad smell in the room.

Room looked not clean.

I never even stayed. I tried to cancel and the manager was THE rudest most hateful man I have ever come in contact with. He was even rude to the [...] staff. I filed a complaint with the corporate office of Super 8 and the Better Business Bureau. This experience taught me to never book a hotel online. I will NEVER book a hotel online ever again. I paid for 2 nights at a hotel that I never stepped foot in, and with today's economy who can afford that? Certainly not me.

Booked online; had to add a day - no room straightening at all for 3 days

Possibly my worst motel experience. Room was smelly, sheets were dirty and stained. Light switch in my bathroom was broken. Reported but not fixed. Toilet ran ever couple minutes. 3" hole in the shower just above the shower head. TV remote didnt work. If you call $2.00/dozen donuts, stale cereal, and warm milk a "Complimentary Super Start Breakfast" then I guess thats what it was. When we checked in on Friday, there was a mess on the counter in the breakfast nook. And when we left on Sunday, it was still there. When I checked in the guy working the counter never made eye contact once. Very impersonal. If my wife would gave been with me, we would have left and found a different motel. I was in the military a few years and never stayed in anything this bad. I never write reviews for my trips, and rarely complain, but please stay away from this particular motel. I will also be forwarding this review to the main office at Super 8.

When I checked in, the Front Desk clerk was extremely unfriendly and dry! I went to give him my Wyndham Rewards number and I felt as if I was being scolded! He was overly stern & told me I could not use it because my trip was booked through [...]. He then says I can call Wyndham Rewards myself. I was embarrassed by the way he talked and reacted to me. Another guest was reading the terms and agreement before she signed and he snapped at her to just sign, & she said she reads EVERYTHING before signing anything. I would never stay at this hotel again. It was very uncomfortable and not very friendly at all. 3 out of the 5 lights in the rooms didn't work and I dare not ask to replace them because of his poor guest service. Also the towels and washcloths were not clean, there were visible stains. I will never stay here nor recommend to anyone else.

We stopped overnight enroute to Washington D.C. The location right off I-70 was perfect, the staff was courteous and competent, if not personable. The room was simply appointed but clean and neat. However, the bed linens were old, with holes and stains. Bed itself was firm but not uncomfortable. The shower was the worst I'd taken since my college dorm due to frequent wide swings in water temperature. We did feel safe there.

Went to St. Louis area for Cardinals baseball games. The motel was somewhat close to the activities that were planned. The room was non-smoking yet had the smell of smoke. The sheets had blood on them on at least one of the two queen beds. The television was not able to be turned on or off with the remote control as well as the power button on the television was broken off. As far as I could tell it was a walk up motel, luckily I was on the second floor. But was difficult for my elderly father-in-law. Parking was available close outside the main (only?)entrance. Waffle House in same parking lot and convienence store across very busy street. Was asked for cigarettes and change by people walking around parking lot as we entered and exited the motel nearly everytime. Staff had no response to our comments or concerns about the motel. Overall I would not stay in the motel again. As I would not recommend to others. In my opinion, the amount paid was too high for all involved factors. Again the motel was adequate for the activities planned. However, in the future, I will pay more to stay elsewhere!

We rented two rooms for our friends and us for a quick and thrifty overnight stay on a quick trip up north. The desk staff was very courteous and assisted us in finding a late night Wall-Mart for supplies. Rooms were very basic and adequate, clean and cool for restful sleeping. There was some road noise (sirens) from the window which faced the road. Shower was great water flow but temperature fluctuated a bit during that time. The bathroom door handle needed some repair. This is a very good value for the little we paid from an on-line package. We are staying again next week as we travel back through St. Louis. Good access to restaurants and convenience purchases.
