First time staying at this hotel. My youngest son turned six and wanted to swim and be ata hotel we obliged. It was a good stay had some minor cosmetic things regarding the shower and a pool capacity issue but other than that it was a good time, we will return.

I stay at this location frequently and was disappointed this time for several reasons. The front desk help was just too preoccupied to recognize any guests coming and going. One was sitting in a chair in the back hallway on their phone, another one knitting with AirPods on and watching TikTok with inappropriate pictures visible as I approached The counter. Nice place to stay. Clean,Plenty of room in our Dbl. Qn,, kitchenette,(full sz fridge, stovetop,micro.,dishwasher) Sleeper sofa,great c/a/heat.. Free Washer and Dryer use. (Laundry room) Indoor pool, weight room, putting green, outdoor grilling area w/nice grills. Free breakfast. Close to everything (Lake,parks,casino,ice arena,stores,eats)Easy access off/on interstate. Only negative about this place ,the bathroom is small but it was clean and served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Disappointed in Westport

Room space & set up were nice size & layout. However it was very obvious that pets had been in the room & several of the linens had stains, carpet was stained, kitchen table was extremely wobbly, couch was scratched up like it was a scratching post. Woke up with a lot of welt/bites. The front desk clerk Plus side: The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very attentive to all the guests and keeping thinks stocked.

This was our second time staying in a homewood suites but this experience was not like the first. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was an exit sign dangling in the hallway for close to a whole day, the pool and room were pretty chilly for swimming, and it appeared there was a toilet clog in the building (Ours clogged up and so was the toilet in the first floor). Staff was polite but would not stay here again.
