Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, room was not cleaned well. Found a pair of old dried up contacts on our night stand. Hotel staff was very friendly however.

This is a low -price motel and I regret my 2-night stay. Located right BEHIND a Hooters. The room had that old, stale smell. Minimal facilities.

the room smelled like dirty socks and the light fixture buzzed

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was quiet with a comfortable mattress.

3 night-stay - I chose minimal accommodations. Was sufficient.

My recent stay at this location was good. It was a clean, reasonably priced hotel that provided a decent place to stay while visiting the area. If there was anything I'd like to have seen better, I would suggest better towels.

I had to change rooms 3 times because of problems with each one ( broken lock on door and cigarette smoke in the other). Thankfully the staff was very nice and accommodating. They changed my rooms without hesitation. The rest of my stay was great. Comfortable room with everything I needed.

Bathroom very dirty, sheets were not clean looked reused, no microwave no refrigerator, outside of toilet not clean, had to get card key reprogrammed every day, air conditioner did not work properly and is falling apart

I was very disappointed with Red Roof Inn, , there was no microwave or refrigerator no coffee pot. .

The person at the check in was very rude and unprofessional both at check in and check out. If a female guest is checking in alone the hotel attendant should never say the room number out loud when there is a male in the vicinity. The attendant should write down the room number and hand it over instead of letting everyone knows where you are staying alone. It is a very uncomfortable feeling knowing that a man knows that you, a female, will be staying in the room alone for the night. When I later asked for a room switch the staff was terribly rude.

When I booked I noted that we would be arriving late. I even called them the day before to make sure of their late policy and was assured the room would be there. Then our flight was another 2 hrs delayed. When we finally got to the motel they had cancelled our booking and we had to find another hotel at 3:00 A.M.!!! They had sold all their rooms and to add to it the girl at the desk was quarrelsome and not the least apologetic.

The staff was nice and rooms clean. Plenty of parking and food ans gas nearby.

This place is nice since they remodeled and updated it. Clean, nonsmoking rooms and friendly staff.

The remodeled rooms are very nice. The staff is courteous as well. All in all it's a great value.

Overall, the hotel wasn't bad and the room was clean. My biggest concern is that when we checked in, we were initially given a room key to a room that was being used. There was a man in the room (and smoking). This was very alarming as this has never happened to us and should never happen, and the hotel has a no smoking policy. The room that we eventually received also had a previous smoker, as the room smelled like a mixture of fragrance and smoke. I was thankful we were not staying longer than one night.

Good hotel & clean! Made my business trip easier...

When we arrived we noticed they were remodeling. Not a big deal it was still nice and they had fresh coffee in the lobby. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. We had booked whatever rooms were available and ended up booking two ADA accessible rooms we told her we didn't need them and she was very happy to change it. We were also early and she gave us rooms that had already been cleaned. I had three rooms. Mine was smaller than the other two, had less in it, wasn't as nice, but everything worked properly. The second room had obviously been remodeled already and was rather large and nice but the toilet leaked whenever you flushed. The third room was larger still but it had two beds where the other two did not. It also had clearly been remodeled and nice. The only problem with that room was the shower didn't work. Upon checking out I informed the woman at the front desk (same one as check in the day before) and she wrote the problems down so the maintenance man could have a look. Over all I would say of I had to stay back in St. Louis and wanted cheap and nice I would definitely go back to Red Roof.

The room was great for just crashing after a concert then going home. The bed was stiff but the room was clean.

This hotel was a good value. Room was tiny, clean and quiet. Receptionist was kind.

The Red Roof Inn at Westport was an all around good experience for me, it met my expectations for a two star hotel. I had a Super Queen the night before and I was very impressed with the bathroom shower head and how spacious it was. Also, I like that it had a microwave and refrigerator. The next night I got two double beds, and didn't have those same amenities - to be expected, right. My only real complaint was that the floor wasn't swept.
