Bathroom sink faucet not secure to countertop, bathroom fan extremely loud with screws sticking out, TV remote missing battery cover. Very loud guests.
Property seemed run down. Foyer run down. Scratches, dents, stains all around room. Burn hole on bed spread. Lots of people smoking outside.
Towels were DINGY. They only wanted to give you one set.
Trash only thing good was the wifi. Room was completely dirty they just placed everything back in place ok top of the dirty. Hairs in the tub, soap scum and dirt rings around the tub

It was so nice and clean the stuff was great my new hotel to get away too.
It’s disgusting. The lobby is something I would consider a “cop out” because it doesn’t feel as gross as the actual room. Got no sleep because of how absolutely gross it was. Bleach is a necessity in this is industry. Just basic standard.
Check in service was little to write about. Normally when I walk into lobby to check in, I’m greeted with a friendly customer service person. I’m not sure what this was. Just a warm...I mean “cold” body to check people in. Noticeably didn’t want to be bothered. Room was fine, bathroom was horrible, marks on wall I’d rather not say what substance that it may be. Rolls of toilet paper had red stains on them. Luckily there was another roll to use. Toilet didn’t flush. Had to hold it down the entire time. Not staying here again.
I definitely liked the price they offered. Dead bolt doesn't function well, door stopper broken and few other issues like smell inside the motel lifts etc.
People fighting in the halls at night, management did nothing. Only some rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, and of course cost more.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was suppose to be smoke free
The rooms were clean but nothing else here no microwave, fridge or breakfast
We like pet friendly. We dont like bed, cleanliness, staff, no microwave, no fridge, no table, no reliner or cushion chairs and no dresser all for same price as other hotels.
