We were first told they had no rooms available. After we walked somewhere else we were told no our room was actually here. Once checking in headed to our room only to find out our room cards didn't work. No apology or anything just offered a refund. We ended up leaving and not even staying. Super frustrating situation.

It was nice overall except for not having a working USB PORT in the room

Location was nice, centrally located for getting around the St Louis area. However the hotel was not very clean, everything is kind of old and dated. Looks good at first glance but definitely by the end of the first day there we knew it was a little on the dirty side. Hotel could definitely use a facelift on the outside and in the rooms.

For a Sheraton I expected more. The gentleman who checked us in was great and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the comfortable beds. The pool area is dirty and outdated. The coffee maker in the room didnt work which was really disappointing. When notifying the front desk about this issue as we were checking out, she didnt really seem to care. She was also irritated when she asked if we left the light on in the room and we said yes.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

This hotel needs some improvements. I would not recommend to anyone for a Sheridan hotel like this.

Nice hotel. Right next to the farm toy show so that made it very convenient. Will be back next year hopefully.

Awful experience. Drove 500 miles to find out that the reservation we made was not valid and the hotel was completely booked.

They screwed up our reservation not onnce, not twice but three times, I was called a liar by the overnight front desk clerk, threatened with police, barked at by hospitality staff, was never able to get the room we requested and received nothing but a free breakfast buffet to compensate. I recommend this hotel to all my clients for my real estate clts and my weight loss clients and am very unsatisfied with my experience. As a resident of Las Vegas this situation would have been handled to the highest level of customer service. Looks like me and my clients will be finding a new chain to utilize for our lodging

Overall we had a good stay. This was that night out away from the kids for the wife and I, pill has a great location to restaurants and entertainment, we will stay again

A little bit tricky to locate the hotel through a GPS especially coming off a free way. Pros - Staff are nice and the hotel is generally clean and well presented . Cons. The air conditioning is very loud and the carpet in my room bit smelly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great.

Staff was excellent and went beyond expectations. Very nice and clean room.

I paid for a king bed when booking but got a room with two smaller beds. When I checked in, the front desk employee was a bit rude. I would have tried again to ask for a king bed but was very tired and just wanted to check in. The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be.
