Convenient with all the different place to eat there on the property

I was told no shuttle service to the airport before 5 am. Found a ride to the airport for 4:30am. Got out to the lobby and they we're loading up the shuttle to leave for the airport at 4:35am. Also ants in the bathroom, they got all over our stuff.

We stayed at this hotel to view the 2017 Eclipse and were glad to get such a good rate. The hotel looks a bit weathered on the outside but the inside is more updated and modern. The room was clean and comfortable, the a/c unit was loud but tolerable. My only real complaint is that when you book your room to have breakfast and evening snacks included, they make you go to a tiny room on the 5th floor to eat and on days when the hotel is rather full, the room is too small to accommodate everyone they have sold this option to. We went to eat 2 mornings in a row around 8 am and the food was all gone, coffee was gone, the tables were covered in dirty dishes and there were people standing while eating. We finally did get food, sat at a dirty table and never got coffee. On a day with fewer guests, the food options and seating were great so I guess you just need to hope you aren't staying when the hotel is totally booked.

The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. The shower wasn't the best- light water pressure and dingy curtains. What really upset me is that no one came to clean our room so we did not have any towels or coffee for the next day. The complimentary breakfast was near empty when we went at 8:45. No plates or coffee and the only food was a slice of honey dew melon and the bottom of the pan of eggs. The woman in charge of the breakfast was so rude and was in no rush to fix any of it. We ate out instead. The front desk staff was very friendly. Not impressed overall- won't be booking there again.

There is a card giving the guests the option to not have their rooms cleaned, but we wanted our room cleaned so didn't put the card on our door. We left in the morning and got back at 5:45pm and the room wasn't cleaned. We had to track someone down to give us fresh towels. Finally after 6pm someone came to clean the room, but when she saw us there she didn't do anything. We won't be going back to this hotel.

We were driving through, but stayed after getting caught in a storm. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would have stayed another night if there had been time.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, clean rooms. Over all a great place to stay.

It's very humble from the outside, but inside is SPG-like. Be careful with breakfast buffet...no staff was around, so we picked a table. We each got small portions from the buffet (my colleague some yogurt, me some oatmeal) and typically in this scenario hotels just charge for what you eat. However, in this case, the waitress charged us for the entire buffet! We should've walked around the corner to Starbucks and gotten the same food for 1/3 the price.

No remote in room. Called the desk for assistance. After 1&1/2 hours no response called to cancel since it was 10:30 pm.

The Chalet was very nice. Staff were very cordial. The only disappointment was the absence of a complimentary breakfast. I would have thought at these prices they would have provided that.

The only bad thing was that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms we actually stayed August 2-5 it was great

Location has taken a dive in recent years. Hotel needs updating. Bugs everywhere on balconies and when you open the sliding door they fly in by the handful. Cleaning needs to be much much better. I won't stay here again. On the positive, the beds are comfortable and the television has plenty of channels.

The room was as advertised. was a good value for the night compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay there again

Luxurious, clean and comfortable. Fun to walk around the little lake and see 3 duck families, each having 5 babies. Close to several great restaurants!! The staff was very nice.

Was a good hotel stay no problems. Had the convience of getting to and from the wedding hall no problems

We couldn't have been more pleased. The lake-view room was well furnished and clean with a very comfortable King bed. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel itself and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. In addition, the Westport location offers a variety of great dining and entertainmnet options within a few hundred yards of one's room.

To pick up furniture, and go to the Art Museum. Made a reservation for the Drury Inn at the Airport, but it was closed because of the tornado.

Enjoyed the comedy club & restaraunts.
