Don't fall into the hole where I fell

The location is ideal, close to the highways with easy access. But the hotel itself is horrible. My group and myself were so disappointed. The rooms were dirty and smelled like a mixture of cigarettes, marijuana, and mold. Some rooms had rats and cockroaches, so they had to move us to other rooms which were similars. Some of us had to to buy our own sheets, blankets and bath towels, because the ones they had were so old, dirty and smelling bad. the breakfast was a complete disaster: bread, cereal, and milk. The kitchen hygiene was questionable, as the rooms were infested with rats and cockroaches. Once again, our group decided to eat outside. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My only recommendation is a serious inspection by the health authorities who will certainly close the hotel.

Property condition was bad, run down, dimly lit, etc. The elevator was so scary I used the stairs the whole trip after the first use.

The room didn't get cleaned prior. Trash can was still full of trash, and pee stains on the toilet. Also found trash under the beds. Lots of cigarette smoking was going on inside of the place. I was under the assumption it was a smoke free facility. Our room stank so bad of cigarette smoke. Good parts.... It was quiet, the shower was hot, the beds were pretty comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again though.

Filthy!!! DO NOT STAY!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Not only run down but extremely filthy. I stayed 1 night Memorial Day weekend and checked in late around 11pm. Walking to my room the entire hallway was dirty and had an overwhelming smell of pot. My room was filthy. Dirty stained floors and bedding. Hole in the wall, torn wall paper, and furniture. Sink, toilet, and tub filthy and mildewed. Something brown running down the wall by the sink. I called down to the desk immediately to ask for another room. I was told none were available. No other hotel options either due to it being late and Memorial Day weekend. Only other option was sleeping in my car which would have been better. I pulled all the blankets off the bed and just slept on top of the sheet, no covers. I contacted the hotel next day and asked for a refund. I was told since I stayed, they could not issue a refund and to contact Hotels.com if I had any further concerns. I will. This place is not acceptable for people to get duped into staying at.

Warning - do not stay here. The photos are misleading. Read the new reviews - they’re all bad. This place should be torn down. I’ve stayed at plenty of 2 star hotels and hostels to save money before but this one is by far the worst. I left immediately after arriving. They refused to give me my money back.

Unsafe and unclean

We ended up leaving. We did not stay. There were people in the parking lot that looked like they were using drugs. The hotel smelled terrible. Our bathroom had stained floors and a dirty tub. Looked like people were living there. We felt very unsafe having our children there. We decided after 2 minutes of being there that we were not staying there. Very disappointed due to a 4.5 hour drive to the location. The man that checked us in was super friendly. He understood why we did not feel safe and asked to leave. He smiled and was welcoming when we arrived.

Absolutely needs to be overhauled. Carpets throughout were nasty. Carpet in room was ripped and stained. There were stains in my sheets, towels were dirty with stains. Taking a shower the tub would fill up. Woke up the following morning to cockroaches in the bathroom.
