The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There is what looks like blood or diarrhea splattered up the wall. Also I chose this hotel because they offered breakfast, however they just have a grab and go bag.
The receptionists very nice people
Great location, but the property is run down and the maintenance is barely keeping rooms functional (slow drains, blocked faucets, worn out carpet, corridors in lousy shape. Worst was the lack of security... doors propped open to allow 'visitors' in
We did not stay! There was a hairball on the floor, bathroom not cleaned, hair in EVERY layer of the sheets, broken mirror, broken clothes chest. My kids thought someone was murdered in our room. We left with no place to stay 600 miles from home!
Pros: the price and decent Wi-Fi. Cons: the front desk looks like the counter at a discount smoke shop. Two homeless people consider the parking area their home. Teenagers smoking weed on the balcony as we walked in to our entrance. The remnants of what I hope was a successful parking lot oil change were stacked by the trash. Elevator has exposed wiring and the panel rattles. Trash in hallways. Fresh water splashes, finger nail polish and makeup remnants on the sink. Toilet hadn't been flushed. Pubic hair stuck to the wall of the shower. Pee stain on blanket. Multiple large stains on carpet. Sliding glass door gets stuck. The courtyard was beautifully landscaped but that gets over shadowed by the fact that the pool was closed (mid July). Basically I'm telling you too look elsewhere. I've never reviewed anything but felt compelled too share our experience because it was so, so bad.
Nothing
The room carpet desperately needs replacing. It had cigarette burns (in a non-smoking room) and extensive staining. Down right nasty.
Nothing its dirty an nasty
Good service
I liked nothing about my stay here . There where cockroaches in my room
Feces on the wall as you’re coming up the stairwell, dirty towels and wash cloths were in the room on arrival, lastly the picture fell off the wall and hit my husband in the head. Worst hotel stay ever!!! Go else where!
I liked the price, I needed something quick and secure
The Wifi was very much needed by me to do my work, and it never functioned. I asked the front desk about it and they said to “just keep trying.” My room also had a musty odor and a nonflushing toilet. I had to use the tpilet in the lobby. Not at all a 3 star experience
