Location ok. Smelt musty, no food service breakfast, especially!

Check in was quick and efficient, staff at front was friendly. The location was ok, nothing really in the area besides a Hooters. My immediate impression of the place was ,”What is that smell?” I wasn’t sure if I was smelling bleach or smoke, even though I requested a non-smoking room. The hallway was loud, not that it was the hotel’s fault, however the other customers were loud all night. The toilet made really loud noises when it flushed, so you can hear everyone’s flushes, then there was gurgling (weird). Not enough towels in the bathroom, even though there were four of us staying in the room. The room’s temperature was very cold, so when I tried to raise it to 68, the heater would kick on and the heater would turn on and smell like the “smoke”. Overall disappointing.

I loved it. It was clean, the room were a really good size. Personnel were amazing, they even left us a cute note in our room, explaining who did the service and why. I was really impressed with this detail. Breakfast was really good too. I will defitly will go back.

Motel was fine, I had stayed there before. I liked the location so was willing to pay a little extra. I thought the rate was a little high

The beds were comfortable and we liked our bathroom. The downside of our stay we did not appreciate that our a/c unit wouldn’t work properly so our room could never keep cool we were toasted which is not enjoyable during the summer time and their pool and was not available to use and that was the reason we chose this hotel was to use the pool. This was a very disappointing stay.

Like-Close to the airport Dislike-No security at night, people making noise at 1:30am woke me up, at 5:00a when I could not sleep, I was awakened by more noise, When I checked in and finally got settled, I did not want to leave the room. I wanted to shower, and get off my feet. I was hoping that La Quinta had complimentary water bottle in the room-it didn't, I got dressed, and was told that there was a convenient store walking distance, It was a cool evening, and I hope I am not catching a cold. I left an Athletic shirt and Manuel was great. He helped me track down the person who did my room (I had already checked out, and the front desk kept my overnight bag which help), Manual said that I should relax and he would personally bring what I had left downstairs. He showed that he valued customer service and immediately handed my shirt to me. One great thing--MANUEL

I like the long-term parking rate of $15 for 2 weeks. We have stayed here twice now for that reason when we take international trips.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were lovely, polite and efficient. I would totally visit again and will recommend.
