Room was newly remodeled and nice. They advertised breakfast, but it was only granola bars and muffins.
Arrived at the airport and decided to reach out to the hotel regarding the shuttle pickup schedule, but was never routed to the front desk by staff. I was told each time to call back and select option 4 which was the initial option selected. This went on for about 10 minutes before I gave up and ended up taking an Uber.
This hotel was convenient and affordable for our visit to the Florisant area. Hotel is not fancy but the room was clean. It appeared to have been recently remodeled and freshly painted. Room air conditioner was pretty noisy when it stared up, but the room temperature was good. Mattress was rather firm.
Needed to stay in St Louis for one night to catch a flight...Extended Stay was convenient to a restaurant and offered shuttle service. Clean and friendly, will definitely stay again.
For me this was initially only a cheap means to stay for a night, but was surprised to find a neat and comfort hotel. The breakfast was good too.
Hotel was fantastic! Only challenge was locating the hotel as it is tucked in behind other buildings.
Currently undergoing some well needed renovations, though unsure to the extent. The sleeping and kitchen areas of our room showed definite signs of wear and tear. On the other hand, the location is very convenient to the airport and highway system despite the unusual traffic pattern into and out of the property. It was not a Marriott Residence Inn and it was also not priced in that range. This is a fine example of you get what you pay for and if you would rather spend less for less amenities, in order to use your money in other areas (meals, entertainment, etc.) this would be an adequate choice.
I always park here when I fly out of STL - their shuttle runs 24 hrs per day (you do have to call 24 hrs in advance to reserve it) and the parking is super cheap (< $3/day). I've never had a problem with the security of my car - it's usually parked within sight of the front door. Rooms are pretty nice. Free wifi. Someone always answers the front desk quickly.
The room was shabby. The chair arms were work out. It really looked run down. There were bugs also. If I wasn't so tired I would have left.
It was worth the price, amenities are only served as per request but they let you know about the same when you check in
