We decided at the last minute to go to a concert. Fortunately, this hotel had rooms. It is modern, clean and has friendly helpful staff. It is a suite so there is a nice kitchen. It is a short cab or Uber ride to the venue. We will definitely stay there again.

The front office was very thorough in making sure our shuttle had picked my husband and I at the airport. Once finding out where we were, he contacted the driver with the specific location. Within minutes, we were united with the driver. Upon arrival, we were check in within minutes. The room was exceptionally cleaned. The breakfast was exactly as we expected for a Residence Inn. The next day we checked out and shuttle over to our car rental service. My husband accidentally left his computer in the shuttle and it was promptly found by the driver and returned to the front desk. When he realized it was missing, the young gent at the front desk was able to coordinate a way for its return. We were able to get it overnighted to our next destination with his help. It is my humble opinion that the staff went over and beyond to be helpful from the moment we contacted them for the shuttle to long after we left. Their follow through in the details to assure we were picked up and the laptop was returned is commendable. Highly recommend staying here because of the attention to details to assure a great stay.

We stayed here for a weekend soccer tournament at Rams Park. The hotel is perfectly located for this as the soccer fields are literally out the back door of the hotel. The decor is a bit dated, but it was nice. Breakfasts were good and hearty. My kids loved the waffles. Overall, we would stay here again.

I booked this hotel for two night because of some of the reviews, although we usually stay at the Embassy Suite in St. Charles. We checked in on Saturday July 29th. Hotel was in a nice location, check in process was pretty smooth. I chose this hotel because of the space it would provide for my party of 4 adults and one child. We were given room 312 and everything seemed fine at first. We stepped out went to get us some items from the store and upon returning we were about to heat our food and a noticed a roach crawling on the kitchen counter, heading toward the coffee maker. I was TOTALLY disgusted.While my son caught him to kill him, I was calling downstairs. I spoke with Joshua who said "oh that's not good, I'll send someone up to catch him". I asked if we could be moved but was told the hotel was booked. Which I could understand. I asked if rooms would be available the next day and he said it would probably be late in the afternoon. We were okay with that, even though no one wanted to eat any longer that night. After getting off the phone and no one ever showing up, I figured Joshua was being sarcastic. So not funny. So I called customer care that night but all agents were busy so I left a message. I called downstairs the next morning (Sunday July 30). I asked if a manager was in, Stephanie said "well Gerald is here". I then asked if Gerald was the manager, she said "he's the operations manager". I said okay I'll speak with Gerald. Gerald gets on the phone and is not sympathetic in no shape or form. He stated "well we've never had that problem. He stated to me the company that they use to spray and told me that he could give me 2000 points added to my account. My husband said that wasn't good enough, especially since we were paying $179 plus tax that night. He then said he could take $40 off. I told him how disgusting having a roach in our room was and that we don't have roaches at home, so why would we pay to stay some place that had them. I informed him we would just check out and made sure we wouldn't be charged for that other night, he said okay just let me know when you're ready to check out. He was never sympathetic. I called the customer care number back and spoke with Annie who was very sympathetic and couldn't believe that Gerald had only offered 2000 points. She said that she would add 10000 points to my Marriott account, she apologized and she would send my complaint over to the GM of Residence Inn. We would NEVER stay at this location because of the uncaring rudeness of this operations manager. The day we checked in this same guy came from the office area while the other guy was checking us in and didn't speak or welcome us to the hotel. We didn't know he was the operations manager at that time, but now since I know, that's something that he should have at least done. We've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and have NEVER had a problem with roaches, maybe a lady bug or something to that effect, but never roaches. We also noticed while looking for something under the bed, the housekeeping is not doing their job completely because we saw someone's deodorant under there. We checked in at about 2:30 on Saturday and Checked out Sunday morning at about 8:50 am, very short trip. If the staff had been nicer about the situation and more accommodating, it wouldn't have been as bad. We ended up cutting our vacation short and heading back home, which is a 5 hour drive. Really disgusted.

My dad, sister, and I stayed at this Residence Inn for a fun trip to St. Louis. Sophia at the front desk was so so helpful in getting us into the city for a Cardinals game and other sight seeing activities. Bill the shuttle driver also had great advice for things to see in the city and how to get around. Clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast buffet means I will be staying here again when I come back to St. Louis.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this Residence Inn location. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and I was able to catch up on some great sleep. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

We spent 4 nights at the Residence Inn last week. We had a very nice time. The 2 bedroom suites are nice and about what we expected as we have stayed at other Residence Inns. The front desk staff was most impressive and helpful. Go out of their way to help and I appreciate this. Breakfast is pretty good. The evening social is real nice...we enjoyed that a great deal but it needs to be more nights of the week. The Drury Inns and Embassy Suites by Hilton have you beat on that. I know as we stay there sometimes also. But my loyalty brings me back to Residence Inns. The place is clean, comfy and close to the Interstate (but not noisy)...a good location and not too far from the airport either...Oh, and close to two casinos as well.

Every employee courteously spoke when we were within a few feet of them. Very clean. Efficient. Professional. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Very impressed. Upgraded our room (at no extra charge) as they saw we were a mom and dad traveling with a grown military man. Thank you Residence Inn!!! 👍🏼👏🏼👌🏼

Stayed here for business since we were limited on options for extended stays. Breakfast is the exact same every day. I think they may change to biscuits and gravy on the weekend but every time I have gone they are already out and it's early. The maid service is awful. It's like they do a quick walk through every day but never actually clean anything. The dinner isn't anything nice, just convenient during the week. Very surprised by the good reviews here, even the front desk isn't pleasant. Wouldn't recommend this place, especially for business for long periods of time.

this is a great place for a families on vacations particularly if you include the family dog or cat. the rooms are all suites separated family./dining room from bedroom. bed in bedroom was a little small. hotel was clean near lots of shopping, casino, and restaurants. staff are very helpful, attentive and very pleasant. my third time here always a pleasure. price are not typically outrageous try online sites.
