The Hyde Park neighborhood, in midtown Kansas City, is located between the Country Club Plaza and downtown, and is just minutes away from the Plaza, the Nelson and Kemper museums, Crown Center, the Crossroads Arts District and all the entertainment and cultural amenities the city has to offer.

The Hyde Park neighborhood is located in the area from 31st street south to 47th street between Gillham Road and Troost. The area contains approximately 1,500 homes and many historic apartments buildings.

The home has a front porch along with off street parking for smaller vehicles. You will be located just a few blocks from the amazing neighborhoods of Westport and the Country Club Plaza where you will find tons of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and museums.

PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is narrow. If you have a large vehicle, you may not be able to get up to the back. However, there is plenty of free street parking.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet/per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
