1. The staff were relatively inexperienced and lacked adequate training. 2. Our room was not serviced after 5 days and 4 nights stay. 3. The manager appeared not to have knowledge of policies. 4. We had to go to the front desk to get supplies. It was a horrible experience. We will avoid the Wyndham in the future.

I made an honest mistake and notified them that I had the dates wrong and was wanting them just to change my reservation date and not charged me for both reservations but they would not do that. I understand policy but I also understand people make mistakes and it would be different if I wasn't booking a different stay. But now I have to pay for two hotel stays instead of one and instead of a huge corporation being compassionate
