Stairs

The house was clean, comfortable and great for mobile people. Not for seniors. Stairs are very challenging. Front and back stairs. Basement stairs are also challenging. I chose this house because it was one story. Stairs were more challenging than expected. Like I said the house itself was nice and clean. Location was also great.

Cozy home with fenced back yard

This was an excellent stay for our family over Father's Day weekend! We went to the Royals Game & the fenced back yard was an excellent place to enjoy dinner outside with the family & our pups. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit earlier so that was nice after a long trip on the road. We would definately stay here again when we come back to KC!

Quaint, clean and good location

Property is as described- very clean, well appointed kitchen and great shower in bathroom with good water pressure ; communication with property manager was easy and efficient; appreciated the coffee pods and convenience to have a washer/dryer. Walkable to the plaza that had an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend the property.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to many things to do for adults, very clean house, and seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the coffee and tea options along with the fireplace that we used every night. I would 100% visit again.

Welcome Home!

Our hosts were very generous and allowed us an early check in due to a scheduled event we were attending. The place is just amazing! We loved the fireplace! It added that homey feeling. The dogs loved the backyard. Seemed like a close-knit neighborhood and everyone we encountered was friendly. Very centrally located and close to everything. We had to check out early due to the Blizzard of 2025 and wanted to get home before we were not able to. Once again, the hosts stepped in an offered a free night for a future visit. There is no need to look any further! This is your place!

A Gem!

This property is a gem. So well kept, cozy and in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. The home is stocked with every thing needed for a short or long stay. Toiletries, coffee and teas included. A nice fenced in back yard if you are bringing pets. This place truly felt like a home away from home and we plan to stay again when we come back to KC to visit family.
