Horrible place do not stay here!

I went to the location and it was disgusting inside and smelled like mold through the whole place. I got a refund for my stay from hotels.com but then the hotel charged me afterwards which is not right. I will be calling their corporate office and reporting the fraudulent charge to my bank.

Shady neighborhood, very loud no noise cancellation whatsoever, old and gloomy rooms, scary people staying in- had some drunk guys harass me many times and front staff threatened to call police. I feel bad for people working there they did their best at the front desk and cleaning staff is also doing a good job with what they have to work with.

Booked for a quick get away with the kids and liked they had a pool. Room was ok and location was fine. The pool had paint chips and dead bugs floating in it plus looked a little cloudy. The 3rd floor hallways are small.

Instantly when you walk in the lobby it has a very strong stuffy/mildewy smell. The room we checked into, we literally up and left. The room felt moldy/mildewy. The sheets and bedspread were literally damp and had stains/spots all over them. The carpet felt damp. It seemed like you could literally get a lung infection from the dampness in the air if we slept through the night. We did not stay and will contacting the property for a refund. It was unsafe to sleep there.

It was fair, the pool is open, the breakfast is okay, we come when we want to swim, and just get out the house. There is no room deposit or holds which is 5 stars. The staff is always nice just need some updated rooms
