The room was large and the hotel staff was helpful with recommendations. The only problem was the only choice is a $28 parking fee per night.
This hotel for the price could be better. It doesn't have a nice view of the city co.oaref to others. No hot tub. The pool was so cold no one could swim. Main reason we chose that hotel. No food options on site other than a $6 coke or coffee. Elevators and hallways had not been vacuumed for days. Comfy beds, some staff better than others. Overall wouldn't stay again. Sack lunch for breakfast, no joke, a brown bag.
Nice happy hour, very friendly staff. Construction noise starts a bit early
Hotel staff was excellent if you don't include housekeepers who do not make the bed, pick up the dirty towels and knock on the door too early in the morning. This actually happened only on the last day of a 3 day stay, but was disconcerting too come back at 10 p.m. and find our room as we had left it at 9:30 in the morning. Also we had a roll in shower for my husband who requires a wheel chair and we had to request a shower chair for his use.
it was fine, the clerk at check in was not like super helpful.
This property is pleasant enough, but it is currently located in the middle of a construction zone. Valet parking at $25/day was our only option - other KC hotels have less-expensive self-park options. On the other hand, the hotel is a half-block from a free trolley that took us to Crown Center/union Station and goes up to River Market. The room was nice, if slightly oddly laid out (fridge by window). Netflix was advertised but failed to work. Highway noise —.we were on 9th floor east — was quite loud.
We had a wonderful experience at Courtyard by Marriott, K.C., MO.
The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly.
Todo muy limpio
