The hotel and spa were wonderful. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was stunning!

Stayed here for eclipse watching. Great experience!

Very nice finish levels and comfort. The floor to ceiling window provides for a very clean and wonderful view. Bathroom is great with rain head shower. Overall clean and great looking room. Also parking in the big attached garage is free.

While visiting the Midwest for the holidays with my wife, we were able to leave our 8 month old with the inlaws and have a night to ourselves for once. We both travel often for business and are no strangers to luxurious hotels and accommodations. We're quite accustomed to it now. We're also no strangers to 4 seasons and have stayed at many of their properties throughout the world. I have to say though that this particular location was one of the cleanest, spotless, most organized and comfortable feeling hotels we've stayed at yet. The staff were all overly helpful and friendly. Not the "fake" I have to be friendly attitude either. Genuinely nice people. The service from concierge, valet, front desk and room service was top notch. We will definitely be staying there again when we come out to visit next. Well done.

Have nothing to complain. Everything was great from the check-in to check-out. The room in the morning was so quiet, didn't hear the housekeeping staff at all which we really appreciate! The bar staff was so friendly, we had such a great time!

Really a beautiful hotel, but across from an America's Best Value motel and overlooking industrial view. Beds were amazing, bathroom very large and luxurious. Service was generally very good. Layout of the hotel was a bit confusing -- rooms were above 8th floor, so need to take two elevators, one to 8th floor lobby, then another one to the rooms. It is next to the highway, so we could hear road noise throughout our stay, but not loud enough to prevent a good sleep.

Hotel room was very, very nice and CLEAN! a little cumbersome with have to get on the elevators to get to your room but we figured it out, The 1restaurant was absolutely EXELLENT!! Food was superb and in my mind very reasonable for the quality and being a hotel restaurant. I will stay again!

I am so one that travels a lot and my standards are high. Check in was flawless, room could use an update however spacious and impeccable, had lunch on the 8 th floor and truly exceeded my expectations ( I'm a foodie)Amazing stay the only "negative" is it is ajasent to a casino and I could smell smoke. I'm a non smoker so I am sensitive to it.

The room we had was amazing, very very beautiful, comfortable & clean, on the 17th floor providing the best view of the Arch& the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though the reception staff locked the mini- bar on the second morning of our stay no matter they held enough& more than we spent funds on the credit cards. The valey stuff were most helpful& great& some of the housekeeping stuff.

We stayed here for one night just as a way to get out of the house and experience a little luxury and relaxation. It couldn't have been better. Beautiful room, good food at Cielo, the restaurant, and access to the great spa.

Great place to stay with a wonderful outdoor pool deck.

With the exception of some minor miscommunication from the front desk, a power outage due to extreme heat in the area during our stay, and no housekeeping on the second day, our stay was pleasurable. The amenities of the hotel and the expert customer service more than made up for the blemishes on an otherwise flawless experience. The general manager even reached out to offer an upgrade on a future stay witch will definitely be happening soon. Along with the rooftop pool and the spa with sauna, whirlpool, and tranquility rooms we found the fitness room and was able to get a complete workout. Of particular note was the courtesy and politeness of the greeters at the door and the concierge was extremely helpful. The Arch view rooms are spectacular.

Great views. Wonderful pool. Terrific staff - they were overworked and not enough of them. The maid was delightful and very hard-working, however our room was not made up until almost 3 pm. Wait staff on dining patio was very good, but again - not enough of them. It was a June weekend; there were 2 or 3 wedding parties in the hotel. Why was the management "surprised" at the size of the crowd and why were staffing numbers inadequate? This is not the mark of a 4 star hotel. P.S. When booking our reservation, this was the only St. Louis hotel that did not offer a special discounted rate.....

It was okay I did not like the location of the hotel. After walking around some in downtown other hotels have better locations. The staff was great! The hotel food was not very good. I was at a Four Seasons last month it was a better hotel.

very clean, beautiful room, hotel and view. excellent overall.

The Concierge staff was outstanding. The staff in general were courteous. The rooms and layout of the hotel left much to be desired, even with the Arch view from my room. The "suite" did not live up to the "spacious" luxury described to me when I booked and what I have encountered at other locations. Although my stay was good overall I was not particularly impressed with the St. Louis Four Seasons location.

Cielo's (restaurant) was great. Try the ribeye! Great views and terrace bar was wonderful.

We wanted to get away for a night and it really felt like we were in another city. The hotel is beautiful with modern designwith easy access to the casino and the landing. We will definitely be back !!

Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. The reason that we have two sets of elevators, is that our Restaurant as well as our banquet space is open to non-hotel guests. To ensure our guests privacy, the 2nd bank of guest elevators requires a room key to go to the guest room levels. This is to ensure that no one other than hotel guests have access to the guest room floors. Thank you again for taking the time to share your review of our hotel and we do hope to have you back again in the future! Alper Oztok, General Manager
