My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. We had some issues with the shower, but other than that, no complaints, we'd definitely stay here again.

The room smelt musty immediately when the door was opened. We were on the top floor. The balcony was tiny. The bed squeaked EVERY time you rolled over or sat up.

Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast as well. Would go back when traveling through this area.

The Grand Victorian really is a wonderful grand hotel in the middle of the route 76 strip. When you walk in through the front door it is like hotel elegance of yesteryear. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the overall experience and would definitely stay again.

Pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast very good. Silverfish in room.

I loved how the sun shown in onto the hot tub. Ahhhhhh!

Very good breakfast, staff prompt on refilling foods & coffee as needed--pleasant breakfast staff. 2 pools, game room & small exercise room. carpets in hallways need to be tightened in places. Would stay here again. Only complaint for room was need better edging vacuuming around carpet edges in rooms & ours was little grimy, especially in main pathways. Small balcony, but really quiet room & no hall noise even though pretty full.

The hotel is a little outdated and the hotel staff was a little stuffy. The stay was good and would stay here again.

Staff was great, would go back again. Close to mall, clean, nice buffet breakfast, beds were comfortable. On main strip so it was close to all activities.

Hotel was very nice - breakfast was more than just typical continental! Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff was great, rooms nice and clean. Will be back.

The staff was wonderful. They seemed to work very hard and were very friendly.

My wife like it and location on main street. Also to remember the location.

Awesome breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again. Great location. Extended Indoor pool hours are great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Catrina, the guest service rep who was at the front desk, is very personable and exceptional at her job. She really made us feel welcome. Iris did a terrific job of keeping our room clean. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice too.

They whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

Room was comfortable with tiny bathroom and tiny balcony. Would have liked tea options at breakfast - only green tea available.

Nice place, friendly staff and right in the middle of Branson

Hotel didn't have my reservation, but gave me a room. I refused the original room as it was on the first floor and was very dark. Due to the confusion they ended up upgrading me to a king jacuzzi suite at no additional cost. It was on the 4th floor overlooking th ozarks. Suggest you reserve a room on that side as it 's much quieter on your balcony. The other side of the hotel overlooks the main street which is always buzy. Only complaint was the bed was too hard, but most beds are in hotels. the patio is only a small triangle, but had two plastic chairs to sit on and was great to be out on and read. Close to all the action. Their breakfast was very good. Bettter on Saturday and Sunday. Room was always clean, cleaning staff was very thoughtful and polite. Even had two bath robes in the room. Was worried about the air conditioning since it was a window version, but it was fabulous. It was 107 degrees at 7pm and 78% humidity and my room was 70 degrees or whatever I set it at and it stayed that way. The air conditioner wasn't noisy, knew it when it was running, but not loud. I definitely stay there again. Hotel was very quiet, they did accept pets and no pet odor even in the pet rooms.

Hotel was great right i'n the middle of everything ducks ride across the street Free breakfast was nice room clean quiet lots of pillows
