This is going to be my hotel choice in Branson

The Grand Victorian is a beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff, quaint sitting areas, comfortable rooms and a lovely view from our balcony. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The only star I’d take away is for the breakfast—it was ok, but nothing to write home about.

Awesome stay!!

They are offer tea and cookies at 2-4, they were delicious! They have balconies to sit outside on. AWESOME!! Would stay there again!!

Excellent staff - Shaquille who checked us in was great & the guy who helped us with our tv remote was very nice & helpful! This hotel is very well kept and is a very good value - very close to many of the entertainment venues.

I enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The back of the propery has a beautiful view. Breakfast was meh, staff was ok certainly not over friendly, but not rude either.

Room was nice and spacious, very clean. Bed was comfortable. For the size of the property the elevators ran very quickly. Both pool areas were well maintained and stocked with towels. The only thing I would like to see changed is putting the TV on a swivel mount instead of stationary mount. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Branson

GREAT breakfast buffet

Bed was somewhat comfortable but toilet rocked back and forth and could be moved side to side, which is a scary thought. Jacuzzi was in the bedroom so couldn't be used (maybe this is standard, but it was disappointing). Staff was notas friendly as others, but they were extremely busy when we got there and the second employee was just worki g on the computer instead of helping to check others in, so it was understandable. Great locatio n, though and it was beautiful. The co.plimentary breakfast was AWESOME. Not just the standard cereal, waffles, juice, etc., but eggs, ham, sausage and biscuits and gravy!
