I paid for the stay in full at booking and then they charged it again after checkout and never even gave me a folio when I checked out in person to see that they were doing that. The front desk is also their bar and coffee shop so it’s very disorganized and only one person works it. At check in, their computer system still showed our room being dirty so she moved us to another room. The day I went to check out, the woman just took my keys and didn’t give me a receipt or anything. They are too busy using one computer to run the front desk, coffee shop/bar. The room had a terrible smell like mildew or something. The bathroom needs cleaned better. The grout in the shower is getting moldy looking when this place is very recently remodeled. The bathroom lighting is too dim for doing makeup. There is not a full length mirror in the room. There are no drawers to unpack clothes from your suitcase if you like to do that for a longer stay. The breakfast is just muffins and pastries so gluten free/celiacs beware.

Staff was great! The vibe was great! The extras (movie by the pool, live music) were fun! Coffee shop on location is fantastic! The campfires and speakers all around, the string lights around the pool and the hot tubs made everything such a fun atmosphere! We will definitely be back!!

The property had so many fun family things to do outside as well as inside and off the beaten path which is VERY nice. I love that the property is very family friendly. Great atmosphere for the outdoor activities by the creek. It was a fall of the year so beautiful scenery. The lobby was very inviting with fireplace place to socialize. My only complaint was the bed could’ve been more comfortable.
