We had a great stay, very clean room and comfortable bed. The only interesting thing about room 222 was that there was no door on the shower. You literally just walked right in behind the other half panel of glass. At first I thought that maybe this was possibly a fancy new European design. I then turned the tv on on they were showing other pictures of the hotel, and low and behold the other pictures had shower doors!

We were here for one night only and I can't say that we were overly impressed. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The shower didn't drain and it sprays out on the floor. There was no shower gel, lotion and only two sets of towels- nothing extra. Breakfast was just okay as well. The sausge was very spicey, the eggs were powder based. They were warm though. The decaf coffee was basically just coffee flavored water. With the great amount of lodging available in this area I would think you would want to go a step above, but not here. About 5 hours after we checked out we got a call from the front desk on our cell phone saying that we had not checked out of our room and we had left stuff in our room. We turned in the key to the front desk at 8:30 that morning and we received a bill under our door. Nothing was left in the room we checked out of. Definitely not good business practice. Would definitely not stay here again.

Our room was clean with comfortable furniture. It was missing some of the little bottles of soaps and the heat was turned off. Thought they were expecting us. Hot breakfast was okay except the eggs were either the powdered or liquid kind minus taste. Then there was the call 4 hours after I handed our keys to the clerk along with the room number asking us if we were going to check out. But the classic was the front desk person who directed me to the restaurant magazines when I asked for a reccomendation

Fantastic rooms! Plenty of space, light and electric outlets. Most places are dark and not enough outlets with the electronics you carry. Clean and efficient. Loved the bathroom and great shower head with adjustments. Bed and pillows were good. So many places, the pillows are horrible.

What a wonderful hotel. Breakfast is great and the managers special Monday - Wednesday is a nice touch. The rooms are recently remodeled. Was quiet at night. The staff is very accomodating and enjoyable to interact with. If you have food allergies, you may be limited on food selection. The nice thing is that you do have cooking in your rooms. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are average. THey are all a different size so you can try what works best for you. We enjoyed ambience by the outdoor fire ring (it is gas).

The remodeled property is spot on. Amazing rooms and great location. Hotel staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious. The only complaint was the shower door if you call the partial glass wall a door. It took some adjustment to not flood the bathroom when you showered. When I go back to Branson I know where I'm staying!

The hotel should have notified guest about the hotel renovation. It took way to long to complete the multi year renovation. As of yesterday the lobby area was still a mess. I had to go through a maze just to locate the check-in desk. Some staff members seems to have a “don’t give a s__t attitude”. New room shower is ok, but the water goes all over the bathroom, leaving the floor very wet. My wife notified the maid and she said that many guest have complained about the showers water flow. She did offer extra towels. I have stayed at this Resident Inn several times over the years, but my next visit will probably be at the Hilton.

Hotel has been remodeled and it looks great. We loved our room. My only complaint is the staff service is a little lacking. The woman who checked us in was not at all friendly and seemed distracted. Our room wasn't serviced the second day of our stay so I had to ask for towels and a bath mat,hubby took the trash out himself. The following day though the room was immaculate when we returned in the evening. We only had breakfast once during our three day stay,and it was fine,the breakfast staff did a good job of keeping the food items replenished,

This 3 story property is located somewhat inconveniently in Branson and it took us a while before we were able to accidentally find the hotel. It is off the main thoroughfare and not as conveniently located as other hotels but still, better than other properties. We stayed one night in room 302. The hotel is new and everything in it shows it. On the plus side: it is a standard Residence Inn design. The one new feature is a redesigned shower. The old Inns had a tub/shower. This one had a walk in shower with new tile and bright lighting. You still have a big suite presence with microwave, queen bed, big refrigerator and full kitchen. This Residence Inn and others have downgraded their free late afternoon snack to just Monday-Wednesday which is unfortunate. The hotel is located across the street from a golf course. Because Branson is hilly, this course is challenging. The Inn is not located within easy walking distance of anything and you must have a car. But to get onto the main road 76 you will find all the main attractions in the town. There is a small store in the hotel and breakfast is up to the Residence Inn standards. There is also two PCs in their business center and an indoor pool. Though we thought we had a quiet room in the corner room on the 3rd floor, the first day their were roofers working on the roof and it sounded like they were directly overhead. Luckily that did not last more than a couple of hours. There is free internet and the room has been redesigned with an over abundance of wall plugs. The small bed lights makes it easier for one person to read without disturbing the other. We could hear outside noise and noise from the hallway. That needs to be improved.

We are Marriott Rewards members and truly appreciate the remarkably consistent corporate integrity of Marriott hotels. We especially like the Residence Inn brand because of the small apartment concept with separate living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's especially convenient when traveling on business to have a full sized refrigerator, stove and fully equipped kitchen for healthy food. In addition, unlike Courtyard (which I don't care for at all), Residence Inn offers a full hot breakfast every morning with offerings of oatmeal, various breads/cereals, fresh fruit, meat, scrambled eggs, waffles, and decent coffee all day long. The recently completed remodel at Branson has a fresh/contemporary updated look. The beds and pillows are extremely CLEAN and comfortable, like all other Marriott properties, with high quality cotton sheets and bed linens in signature white. There are many windows in the bedroom and living room with a nice view of the surrounding mountains unless you have a room at the front of the hotel facing the parking lot. The front desk and housekeeping staff were so gracious to us throughout our 4 night stay. The location of this property is a little off the beaten track, but much quieter than hotels located on the main drag ~ which is worth a better nights sleep. The area appeared safe and there is also an indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.
