Individual "cottages" houses with privacy within your own accommodations. This is a "Timeshare" type resort. They strongly encourage you to attend the presentation to get $$ towards entertainment and shows of your choosing, but allowed me to decline. Large property and had to drive self to locations of splash pad and different locations for actual adult size pools and hot tub. There is a "trolley" type service from 7 to 7 to transfer people but not available on weekends or holidays and that is when we were there. Bar area appeared fine but wait staff was less than effecient when you had an actual family to sit down for a meal. Food was OK, better than loading a family of 6 into car to go into Branson only 5 min drive but very hilly/mountain roads. Multiple surfaces in our cottage had layer of dust. Full kitchen with sub par skillets and utensils. Dishwasher was not adequately secured to cabinet and rocked forward when opened to place dishes in or out of it, but it did clean them. Did have Apartment size washer and dryer which was convenient. There were no stocked trash bags and when inquired at main checkin desk area they said someone would bring them over but they never did. I probably would pass on a return visit unless I needed all the room for a large family as the case was with this visit.
From texas and we loved it the greeting hospitality and security were outstanding we got in after closing had no problems getting checked will be back
2 bedroom cottage was nice for our family of 4. Check in and check out was friendly and quick. The kids loved the little waterpark.
The area and the property is beautiful. I can't stand the sales pitching when you check in. We had no shower curtain in the master bath which was not convenient
We always choose this property to stay at when we travel to Branson. It’s so clean, the staff is so helpful and I love having our own little house. The kids always enjoy staying here too!
My family and I checked in and the people were friendly at the desk. The 3 bedroom cottage we booked was really nice. They had all of the basics you could need. Silverware, plates, cups, soaps, papertowels etc. The place was clean and everything worked out great. It was nice to have our own space as we have a 2 and a 3 year old who love to make noise and it was nice not to worry about disturbing anyone else when we were "home." Our cottage was within walking distance to the playground and pool. Overall we would definitely recommend this resort.
The property is beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Great entertainment.
This was not my first time staying at Stormy Point. Normally it is above satisfactory. It seems to be going down or perhaps because I normally stay as a guest of an owner and this time I did not since they said no availability. Instead I paid $400 per night and upon arrival down stairs sink was clogged with something brown and leaves, food was on floor, both bathroom tubs were dirty and phone did not work. Front desk staff was rude when I called for assistance. The unit I stayed in 98 Old Harbor Lane could definately use some attention. There was also ants in living area. I have stayed at Nantucket a few times and when staying for a week I stay at those new housing on the lake. I have stayed at Hilton on the Landing. My Family and I come collectively 4 times per year and over 10 times in smaller groups. This was the worst stay I have ever had in Branson.
The property was conveniently located w/ security and gated access 24/7. We mainly booked at the resort because they had a splash pad and waterslide area. Unfortunately when we arrived we found out that it's not open until memorial day weekend. It would have been nice is that was disclosed on website. We had some VERY disappointed kids.
Great stay. Very clean. Thank you!
Location
It was perfect for our family. The house and community was adorable and very quiet! The kids loved all the pools and water park. The only disappointment was one the of the pools was closed a couple of times we tried to go. The floor in the house could be cleaner too…like other reviewers said our feet were black! My husband would have liked a better grill than just a George foreman, so if we return we will bring our own. But other than that we loved our stay- we weren’t pushed to buy a timeshare and the staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant was good and the kids liked checking out DVDs at night. The water park was perfect and so was the playground! We had such a nice time we are considering returning for Christmas. If we do, I hope they have more family activities and crafts at the resort (think there wasn’t very much going on I assume due to covid). We didn’t have any issues with the deposit- it was returned right when we checked out as promised. Overall, very easy and relaxing experience! Thank you!
I love this resort! It has so much for families to do unfortunately we were there mid May and the waterpark was not up and going. The restaurant closed early and the concierge tried to talk me into a your ad it is also a time share. We were traveling with 3 children 5 and under. So, I may consider returning during the summer. Please don't ask about the time share as I had already replied that I wasn't interested.
Great layout of the 2 bedroom cottage we stayed in. Plenty of room for all of my family. It was clean, nicely decorated and we had a relaxing time staying.
Love this property because of the individual cottages. They are very spacious and great for families.
Fun activities, good bar on site and restaurant was good. Two pools with slide were fun!

Lisa I appreciate your feedback and I am forwarding your concerns to each of the department managers for further resolution. I'm sorry to hear your stay was less than expected and I do hope you give our property another chance in the future as we are diligently working on our cottages daily.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your recent stay at Stormy Point Village. We apologize that the kids were unable to play at the water park. We are adding heat to the water park this year so that we can extend our season and be open earlier and stay open later in the year. We hope that you will visit us again in the future.
Great stay. Very clean. Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to highly rate your recent visit with us at Stormy Point Village. We hope to see you again soon!
Thank you for your review, I have forward your concern regarding the bathroom not having a shower curtain as that should have been in the cottage prior to arrival. I have forward this information over to the correct department manager for further review. Thank you for staying at Stormy Point Village Resort
