Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t the greatest. The pools pump was broken, but they still allowed swimming with TONS of bugs (no signs posted). The room needed a lot of maintenance: air conditioner extremely loud, bathroom door handle broke, toilet ran all night, & screen door broken. I would not recommend.
The staff were awesome! Great job to Chris at the door, and to the ladies behind the counter. Karaoke night in the bar was a blast!

Nothin worked. Our toilet was broke. Our shower was black. We had roaches in our room. The security guy on duty was absolutely amazing. He honestly made staying there the best! Thank you Chris!!
The location is fine. It definitely had the feel of a place that was no longer well loved. The smell of cigarette smoke was unwelcome. The view of the lake is nice.
The room was rundown and the bathroom shower was coming apart. The washcloth had not been washed as it had makeup on it. The washcloth did not look stained but was not actually washed. Some of the lighting did not work. The pool needed lots of fixing and care.
Do not stay here!! Infested with bed bugs!!

Room wasnt clean at check in time, which was about 4:30 p.m. Hotel was clean, lobby is very nice and modern. But our room was a little outdated. Bathroom door was splintered and did not close. TV remote had no back and was sticky to hold. Other than that it was good for our stay. We didn't need fancy. Just a place to sleep.
Stains on bed cover. Mold in shower and weird smell in room. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly and check in was easy but most likely wouldn't stay again.
Overall my stay was pretty good. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub is not in order. I would probably stay there again.
Great view from balcony! Good size rooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Property could be a 5 star resort if fixed up and updated. Room was updated but not a top of the line update. Pool had tiles missing around the edge but was a nice pool. Overall I liked the hotel for the price and view from balcony. For the low price I paid I got exactly what I expected. If you want a nice newer 5 star resort then this is probably not for you. But if you want a good hotel with great view for an affordable price then this is a great hotel for you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving me my room for less after I learned that the room was going for about a third less a night than when I booked it. The property has a LOT of potential. Good location, good physical plant. However, it's been neglected for a long time. It's very out of date. The television service in the room was terrible. The screen was a widescreen, the picture it delivered was a 4X3 with the image cut off at the sides. The mattress was not comfortable, and was very thin. If my thumb and index finger can span the depth of the mattress, that's a problem. The bathroom wasn't very clean. There were long black hairs on the floor the base of the bathtub behind the door. I'm bald, and what little hair I have is short and grey. With some updating and maintenance, this could be a very nice place. I had a terrific view of the lake from my room. The site is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Generally clean, friendly staff. Exercise room needs attention!! Broken older equipment.
