Hotel is going down hill

My family always stays at this hotel so this trip was a disappointment to say the least. The plugs by the bed didn’t work, the A/C unit smelled of mold and my entire family woke up stuffy and sick feeling, the bathroom fan didn’t work. The TV in the room worked after playing with the plugs but if you adjusted it at all, the service went out again. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright. The coffee is watered down. I’m sad to see this hotel going down the drain as it was one of the last nice ones in Warrensburg.

It was a good stay. The front desk clerk didn't say a word to me while we started check in. I said I was here with a reservation, gave my name- he just looked up at me and started working but never acknowledged me until he had to say details on breakfast, etc. I wasn't even sure he was working on my check in. Then saw him doing the same to other customers. I guess nobody is required to be friendly, I would just assume they would atleast say hi? The cook at breakfast was really friendly and I appreciated that.

We were kicked out no where to land. Bad part is hotel violated diability act. They kicked my 14 year old autistic boy to the curb. I have a call in to them i am filing a case on them. I have never been kicked out in my life. I am also filing a complai t with corporate. I givd them 0 out of 10 beware.

Checking in was a little rocky. The person checking us in was on the phone outside for about 10 minutes before they came in to realize we were standing there. I think we surprised him, and he fumbled the check in process. from there on it was great.
