Receptionist so rude, no toilet paper, I don't recommend it
It was a standard economy hotel. Everything was clean had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Our initial check in was very pleasant, the desk clerk was a young man, who was very kind at the late hour that we arrived. However, the second night when our friends checked in, the desk clerk was rude, argumentive and just plain unfriendly. Perhaps he needs to find another line of work! This is after all the SERVICE industry.
Room was average. Not prepared for breakfast for capacity. Spiders all along the railing and around the doors and lights. Fridges old and outdated.
There was nothing special about this hotel. The room was clean for the most part, although there was a stain on one of the sheets. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all either. But it beat the alternative of staying in a cabin at the state park for my conference or driving back to Sedalia for a better hotel.
This location is not a safe place for young children any one can enter the hotel at night. The doors are not locked ecxept to the rooms. But this was a very clean place
