Booked the room online and when I arrived, the person at the counter said the room was marked dirty so shouldn’t have been sold. He ran and “cleaned” it before I arrived. 1 person working in a fully booked hotel and not all rooms got cleaned? Wash cloths missing. Used soap on the counter. Very dated room/facility. Over $100/night. I won’t be stopping there again

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only drawback is the pool was inside. The chlorine aggravated my allergies and there were people in the common area well into the early morning so it was hard to sleep.

The room was nice and the hotel was big. But I soley booked this hotel because it had a pool for my kids to swim in. The pool was disgusting. I didn’t want them to swim in it at all. It was like they hadn’t cleaned it in awhile. There was things (paint, dirt, I'm not sure) all over the bottom and dirt floating on the surface. I let them sit in the hot tub since it looked clean. After about five minutes of being in it, I noticed all the dirt starting to stir up from the hot tub being on. Overall, stay was okay. Just highly disappointing the pool was gross.

The evening staff was young and could not control the pool area. It was very loud. The air conditioning unit is difficult to set. The sheets were Never changed during my 4 night stay. As I was leaving there were guests at the front desk complaining about bug bites. The only good experience was breakfast from the weekend crew. The crew during the week did nothing to serve us, they were on their cell phones.

Nice, friendly staff who know me well as I stay every month I deliver this area. The bed was not as firm as I would have liked after my long drive, but the room was clean, the area was quiet, and it was a convenient location for me.

Good breakfast buffet, but this location really needs updating. Reminded us of family vacations at the Holiday Inn in the 70s and 80s.

We stay at this Best Western on a fairly regular basis. This trip met all of our expectations - friendly service, standard (but delicious) breakfast buffet, clean room, decent rates, etc. We really love the staff that works in the restaurant in the mornings. The chefs are friendly when they come out to check on the buffet and the serving staff is just as welcoming.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was really good. Beds were small

Very comfortable bed, room clean, except mirror about desk very very streaked, otherwise great. Pool area clean and neat. Food staff not knowledgeable on ingredients in foods served at breakfast, a must know in this age of allergies.

we needed fly swatters and bug spray. spent our time in the room swinging at fly's and stomping on roaches. ok, there was only one roach. but the fly's and knats were very frustrating. also, the rooms were very small. by the time we got our luggage in the room there was no room for people. on a better note, the beds a pillows were very comfortable.

Stayed here on a business trip to the area. I usually stay at another brand of hotel, but thought I'd save 50% for the company by staying here. Room was OK, had been fairly recently updated. You get what you pay for. bathroom was very small; little area with the sink wasn't much more than a nook and you couldn't hardly stand there with your elbows extended as they hit the wall on either side and counter space was very short. Bed and shower OK; fridge and coffee machine were provided, but I didn't use them. No fitness room; you show your card at a local establishment and they let me in (however the staff there said they hadn't had an agreement in force with this hotel for several years. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. For $ 73 per night, it was a very average value.

We arrived at 1 AM because our flight was delayed. We called ahead informed the Best Western that we would be arriving late. They held our room and our check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided.

Great hot breakfast included with room.

I stayed here to study for an early morning exam, as I have four teen girls and needed the peace and quiet. The room was spotless and the staff friendly. This is the nicest and cleanest room I've had in quite some time. My only complaint is that the internet service went down while I was checking in at 2:40pm and did not become available until after 9:00pm. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU!

These are very friendly and helpful people. We are very pleased with how kind they were.

Very well kept, Nice clean rooms!!! Comfortable pillows and bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Will be staying there again.

I am disappointed to read about your experience. With the pool location very accommodating for groups it does present a problem upon us locating a guest near the area, please accept my apology. The experience that you described is not to our standards, and I am sincerely sorry.

Thank you for the nice comments on the breakfast. That is one of the assets of having the older style building is that we can offer a larger breakfast and the extra seating for groups to enjoy.
