This hotel is first and last.

The hotel is very dirty. When I entered my room, the toilet was very dirty. No soap. Very dirty kitchen. This hotel should only cost $35 per night.

The room was smelly, floor was dirty ,the toilet didnt work properly

When we showed up there was someone working on an old juck truck in the front of the building. The owner didn't see an issue with it. The truck was on stands and the drive shaft was pulled out. Later that night saw a drug deal take place in the back parking lot. Some one left a syringe on the back ofy truck.

Time to start breakfast service and daily cleaning of rooms. Room was OK to sleep in but very difficult to work in. No outlets near a desk, ended up using the night stand as a mini-desk.

I pulled into the parking lot to check in and there was plywood up on the hotel room windows, and it looked like a bullet hole through a window. I cancelled my reservation

Our stay consisted of 4 nights and was prepaid through ORBITZ. Upon arrival, noticed front of building had fire damage (fire occurred 3 months prior). The front desk person assigned us to a 3rd floor room. When inquired where the elevator was, we were informed there was no elevator. We then requested to be reassigned to a ground floor room, the receptionist got VERY perturbed and assigned us to the worst room in the hotel. (pictures were taken to prove the conditions). Curb appeal has allot to be desired. Besides the fire smell throughout the property, the hallways were dingy looking. Once into the room, small dresser, NO closet, just a cubby hole area to hang clothing, No coffee pot, very small microwave, wall mirror missing but the hangers were still in the wall, unpainted block of wood where the door knob hits the wall, hinges to the bathroom door rusted, caulking around tub and shower surround looked like a 5 year old child applied it. Towels, hand towels and washcloths were paper thin and of different colors. Toilet paper was single ply and almost useless, not refilled daily. Toiletries were of poor quality and quantity. Stains on sheets that were on the bed. First full day there, housekeeping did not service the room.Had to call down and complain about it and to get clean towels. 3rd evening, toilet stopped working, and had to get it repaired. TV was possessed. While changing channels, after the third channel, it would cut off, and you would have to wait 5 minutes.

The heater is too loud, old and not stopping. The blankets doesn't seem clean because we felt itchy. The towels were not clean. Soap is too small and not enough.

No plugs in the sink. Few choices at breakfast. Only carb loaded foods. Sticky breakfast room floor. Thin bedding. A disappointment for the price.

Older hotel, our room was clean, some confusion at checkin but the staff was very pleasant about it, close to restaurants & everything else

Nice place and friendly staff. Located in good area.

The hotel needs to be vacuumed. The floors where dirty. The sheets would not stay on the bed while sleeping.

Room smelled of stale cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, air conditioner was incredibly noisy, bed weren't even made up properly. Owners seem serious and trying to make an effort but we won't be staying there again

Room was dirty. Sheets and carpets were stained. Walls were super thin. Children running through the halls at all hours made it impossible to sleep. The fire alarm was pulled at 3:45am. The hotel staff was clearly unprepared for an emergency and ignored guest questions. Only a few people exited their rooms. Those of us who did got to the lobby weren't given any information about what happened and one patron was told to go back to their room since they didn't smell smoke. If faced with sleeping in this hotel again or sleeping in my car, I'd choose the car without a doubt.

The breakfast bar is all carbs. They don't offer anything that is protein based. It doesn't work for a low carb diet. When we checked in, it was late and the ac was not on in our room, so it was very hot upon our arrival. We turned it on immediately, and after giving it 2 hours to cool off (while we tried to get some sleep), it was not cool. We asked for another room, which they gave us, but not before they had to fiddle with it to get it to work first and give it more time, etc. At 2 am we finally switched rooms, which also had to cool off. So we did not get a lot of good sleep. Once our new room cooled off, things were better. The iron had a cord on it to anchor it to the wall that was not long enough to allow it to sit on the ironing board while in use.

Some of the furnishings were a little old and frayed, but I was only using it for sleeping and bathing, so it was OK. The lobby looked as if it was a great motel maybe 20 years ago, but it looks a bit aged nowadays. If you have to have all the latest things in the superficial decorations, you can give it a pass. For me, it was perfectly adquate.

The location was very convenient, and the desk staff were nice and polite, but not overly friendly. They were very good to make sure we had a non-smoking room. They have nice carts to put your luggage on, but no elevator if your room isn't on the ground floor. The room was ok, and the beds were comfortable, but they were not as clean as I would have liked. Our room was not numbered, nor was the one across the hall, so it was a bit confusing the first time we went to our room. We stayed two nights, got extra pillows the first night, but the maid took them when they cleaned the room so we didn't have them for the second night. We were also disappointed in the breakfast. It was all heavy on the carbs, no protein. There was biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels and toast. Something with protein, like hard boiled eggs, or scrabbled eggs, bacon, sausage, any of those would have been nice.

The room was exactly what I expected and I was happy with it. Clean, fridge and microwave. Quiet environment and the attendant was friendly.

dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!! Used wash cloth with hair on it hanging from the shower rod. Floor turned my socks black, towels had stains on them. WiFi was so slow it was useless couldn't even check email's. Cleaning staff started knocking on door at 8:00 a.m. and came by every hour to knock again. Never Again!!!!!!!!!
