Very clean and very friendly great location!Would go back again great wiev!
hotel is clean in general however both bedsheets are stained with blood or something. On top of that, there's a bug on the bed under those layers of blankets.
Very convenient to everything needed. Shops, food, entertainment.
The rooms were nice, and the staff was great! Little pricey though.
The room was great and everyone was extremely nice.
Morning .... Coffee across the street. Afternoon .... plenty of shopping within walking distance. Night.... dueling piano bar and Irish pub a short walk.
I almost always stay with Hilton because the individual franchisees are held to a very high standard on cleanliness and service. However, this was not the typical Hilton experience. After checking in we went to the room and found it dirty. All the shiny of glass surfaces had greasy fingerprints. It looked like 5-ten year olds were let loose after having a happy meal at McDonalds. It was a little gross but tolerable. When my wife went to the bathroom she hollered, "Euoo Yuk". I immediately went in there and saw the problem – long black hair all over the shower walls. This was it – time for a room change. We were promptly moved to another floor with in a different housekeeper's domain. That room was clean. At about two in the morning we woke up to a screeching sound coming from the bathroom. It turned out to be the toilet. After some fiddling and flushing it stopped – until about 4:00 AM. After that I decided to use the toilet shutoff to simply turn it off until morning. The problem is that this hotel must not trust guests to shut off a noisy toilet because they had removed the shut-off handle. I decided to get dressed and track down someone. As I was walking out the guests in the room next door were leaving early. They were frustrated that they could not get any cold water to take a shower. As it turns out the cold water was dead on our part of the building. The maintenance man was dispatched to our room and I was told to wait for him on our floor. After about 20 minutes of waiting I had to go back down and try again. Finally he came to our room after the second attempt. He used his high-security toilet handle to stop the noise. Once we all woke up we were able to call the desk and get another maintenance man with this special tool to turn the toilet back on. I understand that maintenance issues pop up and are unexpected. What bothers me is how the hotel dealt with the problems. Also, there is no excuse for greasy hand prints and Gorilla hair in the shower as we found in the first room. This hotel's best day was the day before it opened. It looks like a very nice place. Its problem, I believe, has to do with poor management. They are trying to run this place on the cheap and are sacrificing service as a result. We will never stay here again. The hotel business is too competitive to let this pass. The most amazing place in the area is Big Cedar Lodge. Try that if you are looking for quality. If a cheap price is your objective stay somewhere on the strip – they run about half the price of this place.
Couldn't ask for anything better. From check in to check out we were treated like royalty. The staff deserves recognition for going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room was one of the best I'd seen in many years of traveling and both the restaurant and bar at the hotel were very upscale yet reasonable in price.
The hilton was very nice. Location was excellent, and the sraff was over the top nice. I ordered french fries for my 8 year old son and was chargeed $16.00 was not happy about that.
