Hilton Branson Convention Center3.5 out of 5.0

I stayed here for three nights. First, the good news - it was attached to the "convention center" and located right next to the Branson Landing. Which was nice. Large room. Also nice. Now, the not so good. My room was non-smoking but someone had recently been smoking in there. It took a full day before the smoke smell went away. Which was disappointing. The food prices at the restaurant were bordering on outrageous. We were in Branson but paying Manhattan prices (and not Manhattan, Kansas, either.) I guess that's what I get for eating at the hotel. Simply ridiculous prices. Other that that, the hotel was fine. Not great. Not horrible. Fine.
Booked two adjoining rooms for two nights: king condo & double queen for our large family of 5. Rooms were NOT ready by 4pm. Waited in lobby while many other groups of people were booked & went off to their rooms. Oh and theirs more ---
This is an outstanding hotel! Always top notch in every category! We have stayed here for about 5 years in a row for a retreat and it has consistently been our favorite hotel anywhere that we travel. Beautiful, comfortable, convenient!
Love booking through the app and using the digital key. I was thrilled when I arrived at 10:30 and they were able to put us in a room right away. The room was comfortable and every staff member that I encountered was very friendly. The lounge in the lobby was great. My only negative was that the TV in my room was not working. When I clicked on a channel from the guide it would blink on for a minute and then go blank and say no signal.
Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Parking is not included in room rate and is $13 a day for self park or $16 for valet. Location is excellent and close to many stores, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Our only complaint is the tv signal goes out every couple minutes which is very annoying when you're trying to watch a show before bed.
First time to stay here always stay at the Hilton across the street should have kept staying across the street!! Stayed two nights valets had been great till these morning! Called down for our vehicle young lady on the phone was great we get down to the lobby our vehicle was sitting first inline right outside the door!! Older guy handling valet made sure to let me know my wife and I didn't matter to him at all! When I said that ours and went to hand him our ticket he told us it wasn't ours!!! As my wife and I looked at each other then back at our vehicle only to be advised by him again that it wasn't ours! He then proceeded to help folks that walked up behind us!! After helping them he picked up keys on the desk which I knew to be ours he asked who had 681 I said we do!! Never said I am sorry to Hell with y'all are anything!! We took our keys and left!! Just because I wear blue jeans oh we run cows so suits don't work for us!! Valets at night when we came in had been awesome not one time did we feel judged we even had eaten in the Level2 restaurant with no issues!!! If your going to Branson to just relax and enjoy a few shows be ready for these guy to look down on you if your in jeans and boots! Hate to have seen how it had been if we had been in our pickup!! Oh wait the vehicle behind us was a pickup but they had nice dress cloths on!!!
Please please please go across the street to the Hilton on the Landing. The rooms at the convention center are ALWAYS filthy. They don’t change sheets between guests, clean the toilets, the sinks, or even vacuum. This isn’t a one time incident. This has been the case once a year every year for the 5 years I have ended up here. It’s just gross.
This place was really nice. We had a very spacious room with windows with a view. We didn't eat in house so can't attest to the food. But it was great walking distance for the Branson Landing. Definitely would stay again!
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. King size bed was comfy with extra pillows, just the way I like! Shopping and dinning were within walking distance. Would defiantly stay here again.
Super convenient to Riverside attractions. Quietest room a/c I've ever experienced, and efficient. Able to control room temp in <5 minutes after arriving on a hot day. Restaurant and bar were ok, but there are lots of other choices within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
