We stay at this hotel every time we visit Branson. We love the location, in the downtown area within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. On this visit one of the 3 elevators was down during our entire stay, at one point the two remaining elevators were also out of order, and walking up the steps to the 10th floor was exhausting. Fortunately we discovered the service elevator and we were allowed to use it. Have I mentioned we stay here often? We prefer the King Condo room with a little space for our family to spread out. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the beds are great. Bathrooms are large in this type of room, and a bath and a half offers lots of “getting ready space” for the entire family. There are noticeable signs of wear and tear on carpets, walls and furnishings. Dust covered light figures above the front desk. Window wall on 2nd floor by the bar was filthy, spiderwebs and dirt coated the outside. The TV in the bedroom was not working, and they had a facilities maintenance person on it ASAP with a brand new TV. Overall our stay was good, I know that this time of the year is off season in this tourist town, and hopefully our next stay will see some sprucing up around the property. We will return, Branson Hilton Convention Center is our fav!
We have no choice but to stay at the Branson Hilton Convention center for our comany’s annual convention... the facilities are like-new (with one exception*) and staff is some of the best in the industry (having traveled to 30 countries & stayed in hundreds of hotels and on river & ocean cruises). For the past 8-years we have attended our corporate nation convention at the Hilton Branson & when doing so have been stripped of our 2nd Amendment rights by being barred from concealed carry on their premises. For that reason alone I do not recommend this hotel to anyone concerned for their own safety. *The one glaring deficit at this property is the revolving door entrance to the front lobby. It has not functioned properly in the 8 years we have been coming to Branson for this event. This year they were wise enough (for the 1st time) to post an “out of order” sign. It’s an inside joke to all the employees.
The views were great. Room was well maintained. The staff was helpful. The parking... seems over priced for the area. Good food at the hotel. Starbucks right across the street. Shopping and other eats nearby.
Hilton is my go to brand for all my travel needs. Full service to a quality Hampton Inn, the brand allows for a comfortable rewarding stay. Hilton is a quality brand with exceptional service. Staff members are well trained and understand customer experience.
Awesome place for a business meeting. Friendly staff and great location. I stayed in a suite and it was great. Safe hotel and lots of fun stuff close by. Several excellent food options close by as well.
This was my first trip to Branson for a business convention at the Convention Center, and I stayed at this Hilton because of it's proximity to the Convention Center and because I'm a Hilton Honors member. I was late in my reservation for this particular convention, but it worked out well because the late room block that was opened included the condo suites with a balcony. I was over the moon excited for this little retreat while on business! It was a fantastic getaway in a great sized room that has a separate living area with a full dining table, two bathrooms, and a small balcony. It was so nice to escape each night after meetings all day. My only complaint (to not fault of the hotel) was the mosquitoes that came out after dark and cut my balcony time short... in early November! It's a quick walk to Branson Landing, where they were just getting holiday decorations up after Halloween. The hotel staff was great, and the hotel itself is clean. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back with my family to explore Branson some more and enjoy the Hilton Branson Convention Center for longer!
Clean hotel, quiet comfortable room, friendly staff, competitive price, good steak restaurant located in hotel, good location in Branson and well located for my business purposes, good parking, HVAC controls worked well and were quiet.
Great location with plenty to do. Clean and welcoming hotel with a very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again while staying in Branson. Nice addition of the virtual key when using the Hilton honors app. Parking is a little high for the Branson area but it is quite convenient.
I liked the hotel due to the amenities and got what I thought was a good deal on an upscale place. I travel for work and don't look for anything too fancy but the hotel was very nice, everything was kept up and clean and the public areas were exceptional. The outdoor pool wasn't available to swim in mid-winter Missouri but it looked like you could have jumped right in (not sure how they keep it from freezing)! The gym was good with fairly new equipment. All this pales in comparison to the excellent staff!! Mia was behind the desk and Bobby was the valet/porter/doorperson. I felt they really went above and beyond with helpfulness and friendliness. I've been to Branson many times being from SW MO and I've never really liked it that much. Honestly this experience makes me want to go and spend some personal time there. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay!!
I came to Branson for a business conference and I've stayed at Hilton Hotels before. I had higher expectations than what this hotel provided. First, let me say the convention area is great is not what I am reviewing. I will also do separate reviews for the Steak House and the Bar. The lobby is pretty small considering it is the main reception area for the hotel of a large convention center. Service was fairly slow at the front desk. And it seemed that whatever was asked for always seemed like a chore. When I requested a microwave for my room (special dietary needs), I was told there wasn't any available. The receptionist didn't even check. She seemed bothered I would ask. This does not bode well for customer service at the front end of a large conference that is about to start. Five minutes later, in my room, I asked housekeeping for a microwave. It was provided promptly. Honestly I don't know that I would come back to this hotel if the same conference was taking place there next year. I was not impressed.
