We enjoyed our stay and our Villa was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in the Presidential Villas and we have no complaints. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was stalked with dishes...We got a Double King Villa and it had two kitchens the way it was set up, with enough furniture in all rooms to allow for everyone to soace out and hang out like they were at home.

Overall pretty nice, but the kitchen was not fully cleaned in our room when we got there. Hard to really get a sense of places during COVID because activities are limited, but we were definitely disappointed that only one hot tub was open for the entire resort and it was so overcrowded that we never even got the chance to use it. Also disappointed that the indoor pool reached capacity so not everyone in our group were allowed in the building.

OK Hotel. We've stayed in tons of hotel in Branson so we have a good comparison. Good Things: This hotel had a decent layout with two bedrooms with their own baths. King in one room and Queen in another. There were free laundry facilities (shared) rather than laundry in condo. There were many outdoor pools and one indoor pool and center with movie theater and crafts. BAD: The hotel had no elevator, which made it hard to take luggage up and down floors. It was EXTREMELY noisy. We could hear every step of the people above us. We were stuck in the very last building deep in the resort so it took a while to get to. Signage at hotel could be better to direct you to right condo. Hotel smelled like it had previously been smoked in. Master shower was very strange with a large jetted bathtub with curtain attached to ceiling so you could shower. Very little counter space in bath made getting ready tough. Remote controls for TVs didn't work property - we could only get one to work with just one TV. The Master bedroom TV (if we could have gotten it to work) was too small to see from the bed 25 feet back. Check out was VERY early at 10:00 a.m and they threatened you with a $150 fee if you were late. Instructions said to call to check out but when we tried, no one answered. Hopefully, we don't get charged as the office was very far from our condo.
