Entire stay was amazing. Bed was nice and soft, good water pressure in the showers. Fireplace did it's job and it was nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo along with a few uses of detergent for both.

We have found our new Branson "go-to" Check-in/out was a breeze. Desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing; quiet and clean. Great out of the way area off the strip - no traffic. Can't wait to come back!

It was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at and rooms were absolutely gorgeous. It was an apartment with fireplaces in front room and bedroom. Very romantic for our 20th anniversary and my birthday celebration. Would highly recommend this place to everyone I talk too.

We weren’t able to review the indoor pool area since it was closed for repairs during our stay. However, the 1-bedroom villa was exactly as described and made for a perfect romantic weekend for my wife and me. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing winter getaway. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Exceptional Villa!! We didn’t want to leave. Spacious, kitchen fully stocked, huge shower with rain head and two additional heads. Hot water continually!! Fireplace in sitting area and bedroom gave out vented heat, large balcony, scenic view and so much more!! We are coming back, super service, attentive, friendly staff. Game room looked fun!

Our experience at Timber Ridge was less than ideal. To start, we were notified that the pools would be out of service due to construction and despite this inconvenience, they would not allow a refund. This was obviously upsetting when traveling with children. Upon arrival, we see that the room we checked into was NOT the room we booked. Instead, we received an outdated, 1 bedroom, no fireplace, basement level room. We were upset due to the false advertising, lack of transparency and dirty (blood stained sheets) room. To top it off, outside the doors reeked of cat urine. Ultimately, we found a different place to stay. Would never recommend this place.

Very clean and staff was amazing. Ashlyn took care of my booking and she is a rockstar!!! The gentleman who provided the parking pass was very nice as well (forgot his name) Rooms have everything you need. Televisions were large and so was the shower! Great view, clean environment, and friendly staff....Will definitely be coming back.
