The wait for linens and the attitudes of some of the staff is horible. I had to call several times and waited hours for towels and linens. The fact that we were there for five days with a small child i asked for a mop and a broom and a vacuum cleaner. It took them till the next day to bring the vacuum and then I was told they dont have dialy housekeeping very rudely by the front desk. I have always stayed here when i visit but i think im gonns look sround next time because the service was horrible.

It was an enjoyable experience. Very clean, great water pressure and temperature for the showers. There’s cooking utensils, a stove/oven and even a dishwasher. Basically it’s a fully furnished apartment. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you don’t like down pillows… just an fyi. Also, if you plan to plug your own devices into the TVs, bring a cheap universal remote so you can switch input and control the volume. They were all Samsung TVs and any cheap universal remote should work. GE makes a nice $10 one that’s on Amazon that works great for travelers. Everything else was awesome. Just a pro tip, if you want to plug in your laptop and not worry about bringing a universal remote, bring an hdmi cable with an hdmi coupler (they’re cheap on Amazon) just so you don’t have to fish behind the tv to connect. And you can control the volume on the tv via your laptop. Each TV has a cable receiver snd you can just plug in with that. My suite also had a dvd player and would have brought some DVDs had I known.

My family of 4 had a great experience, and feel that this resort represents an excellent value. The 2 bedroom is super nice with teenagers. You can easily lock them out of the main suite when they start acting like teenagers! They have their own kitchen, just throw some Doritos in there and lock the door. Funny, they said the same about us! The view of the river was great from the screened-in porch, and I especially liked the walk in shower. We will definitely be coming back!

Good space and complete amenities for the stay. The room was dated -- it looks like appliances are from the 1980s that the TVs are flat panels but not Smart TVs. Couches were a velvet velour fabric and the curtains harvest gold. While this is comfortable for families, it needs a broad update to the unit for us to stay here again.

Check in was wonderful. The suite lacked. First night, could hear up stairs people stomping around. Next night, the side neighbor water kept turning on and off. Rooms are small. Pull out couch was super hard. One kid slept on the floor bc the carpet was softer. Missing spoons and no decaf.

We booked the one-bedroom suite at Fall Creek during Christmas weekend and absolutely LOVED our room and the area of our stay. Before booking, I was a little concerned about the location, but it turned out to be GREAT! The property is only about an 8-minute drive from the 76 Strip and roughly 17 minutes from downtown—very convenient and an easy drive. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly, informative, and greeted us with a warm smile. When we checked out, we received the same kind and welcoming farewell. It has truly been a while since I’ve experienced genuine Southern hospitality, and we sincerely thank you all for that. Our room felt like a true home away from home. It was clean, very spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities—even a DVD player and a broom and dustpan! A small vacuum could be a helpful addition, but that’s a very minor suggestion and certainly not a complaint. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we were very impressed with the comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be staying again in the future. We highly recommend Fall Creek to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
