Staff was extremely nice, Lodge is nice, beds were comfy; albeit small. HK Restaurant food was good. Only "Issue" is I went in thinking it was an actual Four Seasons, which it is not. Wish I could have experienced more of the amenities but a busy schedule prevented that. The golf course looks phenomenal, wish I would have had the proper weather to get out there!

Everything was outdated and falling apart. It was kind of depressing. We paid the price for a resort, but it was not worth it! The “amenities” we paid for in the price were almost all shut down. The pool was dirty and gross. It was WORTH an $80 stay, not $180.

helpful staff, nice well kept grounds, great amenities

I expected much more from the hotel for the price. While the location is great, the cleanliness of the room is a 3 star hotel at best. The bathroom is also very outdated.

The property had beautiful landscaping. The lobby area is attractive. The rooms need updating. We were there for a wedding. Check in took 2 hours as we had to looked at four rooms before we found one clean enough (definitely not a 4 star) without mildew/mold smell and dust on the furniture. The first two rooms the key didn't unlock the door and the latch was loose. The toilet plugged up with a normal flush. Two other rooms with family also had issues with toilets being plugged up and carpet smelling of cat urine. The room rate was around $220/night and since I booked on Orbitz the front desk clerk said we could not have a room at the lodge due to being "third party". We will not return to this Four Seasons Lodge at Lake of the Ozarks

The rooms needs to be updated and cleaned better. Our room carpet smelled like mildew. The doors all stuck and wouldn’t open easily. The pools and grounds were nice.

My room looked nothing like the pic online. Its an old resort but theyve done a decent job keeping it modern. My room was suppose to be king size, however i suspected that it wasnt a king (because my bed at home is a king) and then i found a "Q" on the comforter that confirmed my theory. The room got humid really quick. The staff was really nice and we had a room right in front of the pool. I do like that they had plenty pool space so it wasnt ever crowded. Hot tub by the pool was alao really nice

Old small rooms. Tons of bugs. Everything outdated. Terrible service.

I did not like that our room wasn’t in the main hotel building. Our shower in our room also had long black hairs in the shower. I did enjoy the different pools throughout the property and the lake views.

The Lodge seems to cater to young partying crowds now. Lots of noise , alcohol, bad language, rough people. Used to be able to bring your family. Not so much now. Too bad it used to be a decent place.

The entire campus is impressive. I was able to take my kids on long walks and adventures and still remained on the property.

Great place, very clean room and surrounding area. Very nice people who work there. Highly recommend this place.

We usually love this place !! This visit made us think differently

The location was well maintained and the staff was very friendly
