Great stay!

Our check in was fast.. Beds are comfortable and rooms are specious, however, rooms definitely need an update. Especially carpets and bathroom shower. We stayed here few years ago, and nothing has been renovated. Rooms were clean. Its just very tun downWe had a room with a balcony, Partially overlooking the lake and pool. The lodge has few restaurants on site, we dined at the HK restaurant, which was great. Great ambiance at the main pool

Booked for a one night stay for a family reunion. We’re given a room in the Season’s Bay building. Nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. We checked out at 10pm and ended up driving 2 hours home. Tub had stains all over it including the shower walls. We killed at least 10-15 bugs during the 45 minutes we were in the room. Found a few dead bugs under the “clean” sheets. Absolutely horrendous.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

A motel 6 is better than this place! Seriously! READ THE REVIEWS.... anyone who says that this is a nice hotel is not providing an honest review. My mom and I were traveling through the area and I regret not reading the reviews, but I guess I was fooled by the "Four Seasons" as this is the opposite of a Four Seasons hotel. I booked the room with the lake view and from the moment we approached the door I knew that it was a mistake! Upon entering, the room was hot and smelled old. There were flies everywhere, the closet door was broke and off track, the windows were filthy and the blinds looked as if a cow had been locked in the room and chewed them up. No refrigerator and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70's and the mold was that old too! I wished that I had taken photos, but honestly we were so disgusted that we hurried out. They did place us in another room that was somewhat updated, with a view of a walk way! I paid the upgrade price for the lake view, but at least it appeared to be clean, the AC worked and it had a refrigerator. It was still very outdated and didn't look anything like the photos. Way over priced!! Also, we were on the 5th floor and had to take the elevator to the 4th floor, get off and go through the hotel, around the pool, down stairs and a ramp dragging our luggage to get to the room. They are NOT accommodating at all! We only stayed the 1-night and will never consider returning.

Pros: Indoor and outdoor pools were awesome, great spot by the lake, snacks by front desk were very affordable, showers were nice, lots of things to do and explore on the resort, room was clean, balcony was nice, Cons: Only 2 restaurants were actually open, outdated interior, bed was nice but pillows felt flat and cheap, some staff weren’t very inviting, ice machine was difficult to find, the chest fly machine was broken in the gym, bathroom was pretty small and cramped even though the shower pressure was nice Overall the lodge is a nice, quirky place to stay. The hot tub and pools were great, and the rooms were clean and pretty nice, also it was just fun to walk around and explore the resort. Definitely would recommend for a fun weekend getaway for a very fair price, the pools and hot tub were absolutely awesome and for less than $200 you can’t get much better pools than that anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we wanted to see. The beds were great. The food was excellent, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the variety of amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. The only minor downside was that the shower could use a bit of modernization, but it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend

Nice Stay

Check in was great and we were able to find our room. Our room was in a different building from the main in Season’s Bay which was nice and there was a pool right by us, 4 different pools total on the property and all within walking distance! Our favorite was the clover pool but bummed it was only open until 9pm. Beautiful views and had a view of the lake from our balcony even! We walked around the property inside and out and we loved it! Restaurants, bars and just so peaceful at night time outside to sit and relax! The only real downside is there was no mini refrigerator in our room, which as we’re on vacation we ate out a lot so a fridge to place our leftovers would’ve been nice and drinks. Over in our area of rooms we found an ice machine but there were no vending machines to buy snacks or even drinks to have in your room. We had to go to the main lobby and ask the front desk to get us as the only soda machine we could find was on the second level of the main lobby building.
