The room was clean and bed comfy. I got a balcony suite and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony on a warm December night! I also loved the shower and bathroom. It was nice to have a counter and sink also, plus a comfy couch to sit on! Would def stay again!

had to walk outside to get to the room, bed has obvious never had sheets changed urine soaked. room was between the elevator and the ice machine i didn’t sleep at all but then again i never sleep good when im fully dressed 🙄

I don’t drink, room was really nice. My only complaint is that I scheduled a room weeks in advance and also paid in advance with a time to arrive to check in only to be told that my room wasn’t ready yet and would be ready in the next couple hours. Then I was called an hour later to try and switch my room from one king size to two queen sized beds, not an issue because I only stayed one night but I would give it 5 stars if I was given the room that I originally booked and paid for ahead of time vs the room I ended up with.

it was a wonderful day and it's a beautiful hotel. The only problem I had with it was every single time I try to reach someone at the desk. It immediately went to a hangup sound so I didn't like that because I couldn't order room service or anything with the phone.

The aesthetic was so unique and beautiful. A little noise coming from outside our window, but it didn’t continue through the night. The would definitely stay here again.
