Booked a non-smoking room, and was put into a smoking room. Changed rooms. Less of a smell, but clearly, the smoking is overwhelming the entire hotel. I commend the staff for wearing masks and having social distancing recommendations throughout the hotel, but they are not requiring guests to wear masks. It is impossible to social distance in an elevator, and extremely dangerous when other guests are not wearing masks. All of this in a Covid-19 hotspot, like Springfield, Missouri.

I enjoy the property to get to it was the problem due to the area. I will say the pillow sucked but everything else was good.

WE gad a winderful stay. My omly complaint woukd. Be the lack of parking spac at the hotel.

Loved the glass elevator shamp9os and soaps. Towels and warm cookies

We stayed at the DoubleTree for 1 night. Everything was really nice. The onsite restaurant has good food and the service was excellent. We didn't use any of the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the pool for kids, convenience of restaurants with great food. Hotel staff was professional. Cookies upon check in always a plus. Room was nice. Bed was okay.

We booked through Orbitz, which will NEVER happen again. We arrived at the hotel, and they told us we only booked one room. Once we proved to them we had two confirmations done online at the same time. The confirming numbers were successive. They booked the two rooms on different floors telling us they did not have rooms on the same floor. And then informed us we did not request rooms together. Again the hotel staff need a dictionary to look up what "customer service" means. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

When u first walk in your enveloped in a wonderful smell and beautiful Optics the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel is definitely a 5-star great staff great food very comfortable I was very pleased with our stay and we'll stay there again

My husband and I stayed here for one night during a long road trip with our two young kids. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, mattresses were comfy, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The gym was small but still very good and I liked the layout. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, much to our children's dismay. Breakfast was awesome. Overall, a very good value!

By far this has been the best hotel stay I have experienced. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and it was very clean and comfortable.

A very nice place to stay that allows pets! Staff was super nice especially to my dog.

We are terribly sorry about the issues you encountered and your stay was not as pleasant as we should have made it. There is now a mask ordinance in Springfield, MO. So everyone must wear a mask, this has just went into effect. It is definitely a very tough time right now.
