It’s a good hotel. We were just passing through. I think it is not that great of a neighborhood.

Checked into the room the bathtub was clogged and so was the sink when I had address the ac issue they had attempt to come and fix it but it still didn’t work we slept in a hot room for 160. They had offered To give me 20 back but I’m sorry that isn’t cutting it. I’m waiting to speak with higher management

The pool was closed which is the MAIN reason I chose this hotel. I would have preferred to be notified that the pool was closed so I could be prepared. I have children that needed to get energy out and the pool was supposed to fulfill that purpose.

It was good experience with family! And I would like to visit again

The property was easy to find, clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were friendly.

Awesome hotel! Very pleased with cleanliness, front desk person, lady doing breakfast. They went above and beyond! Happy with everything!

no kleenex was in the room, and there was a long hair on shower floor - neither my wife or I have long hair

The beds were wonderful to sleep in. The room & hotel were nice & cool, especially with the heat outside. The bathroom & shower was big. You had all the conveniences in your room, like tv, coffee maker, frig, microwave, etc... We loved it & plan on staying here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that you were not able to use our pool as this is an amenity that our guest enjoy. With the restrictions from the CDC and our local health department, we were not able to open our pool. We hope that you stay with us again in the near future as we are preparing to open our pool which we are excited about. Again, thank you for your review and safe travels.
