Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn

2.5 out of 5.0

Booked the room on the way to the airport after a long day. I arrived about 15 minutes later. They had the room ready and in the system. Great to be on first floor. Offered breakfast but I left before it was served at 6 am. Would stay again if I travel to Springfield, MO.

Short stay passing through not the best needs updated

We stayed overnight in Springfield to hit the Bass Pro Shop HQ the next morning. Check-in was slow, but eventually we got our room. Everything was well-maintained & appeared safe. The room itself was exceptionally clean -- fresh carpet, no smells, nice bed & comforter, etc. The next morning we rose & partook in the Breakfast Bar. Real eggs, real sausage, make your own waffles, etc. The Breakfast Bar was tended to by one older gentleman & he never let anything go empty -- constantly refilling, cleaning-up, and doing a very good job. We checked-out & hit the Bass Pro Shop HQ for the next several hours before heading further South that evening.

Best place we have ever stayed. Staff was friendly and everything was so clean.

Stepping up to the front counter the desk, the woman acknowledged us and then proceeded to answer a phone call which lasted roughly 15 minutes while we waited there with our bags in our arms and credit card in hand. When that call was over the phone immeadiatly rang again and we were shocked that she took that call too. (We are literally standing right there in front of her) This next call was shorter, but we were still required to wait for her to wrap it up before she decided it was time to check us in. We ended up timing the ordeal and noted that it took 19 mintutes total to check in. The rest of the hotel was ok. There were a ton of construction workers staying there so the breakfast bar was literally packed with men. Terrible breakfast. There was a lot of water in egg vat and the sausage was burnt.

The hotel met our expectations. Not overpriced for the amenities provided to us.

Good experience. First room had a slow draining sink and they didn't hesitate to move us to another room immediately. Great service.

able to get into the room early. Requested pickup and return to airport--both ways prompt and friendly drivers. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful.

Overall the room was great. We stayed in the heart shapes jacuzzi suite. The room was clean, the staff was friendly but there was no internet. This was very important to us because of work. It the hotel fixes this, our stay would have been perfect!

We staid three nights at this hotel. It was clean, easy to access and the parking was free. We were in the city on personal business and it was not for the "hotel" that we chose to stay at the Best Western. It was close to where we needed to be and it was relatively cheap. The only negative comment I would make is that the air conditioner was about the noise level of a jet engine.

we thought it was very good. Both receptionist were great and helpful very nice place

Was a really clean place to stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and staff friendly. And did I say a really clean place! Would recommend it to everyone.

Our stay was good, no issues everything was as described. Daughter loved the pool.
