Just an older property needs remodeling

We paid for a king bed anly got

Sign for the Property Entrance is VERY High, very easily missed! Other hotel's sign is lower... and it was very confusing. But we found the front, with its too-small of sign. Motel ("Inn & Suites") must have really been something in the past. We chose a king room in the back with easy parking just outside our door. Pass-through walkway made it easy to walk to front of motel to get our Grab-n-Go breakfast. Plenty of coffee and juice. Pleasant staff.

We loved everything about our stay here. We loved our Jacuzzi room, felt very secluded and private, made for a very romantic experience!

This hotel is the worst ive ever stayed in. My first issue was how the toilet was very slow to flush the first time my husband used it. Then when i used it before my shower water not only leaked out of where the toilet seats to the floor but also out of the tank...while i was in the shower i noticed black mold along the ceiling upon further inspection we found black mold above the bed in at least 4 different spots. the maintenance man responded very fast and even set us up in a new room. the tub in both rooms had big rust spots that were pitted and nether tub had a drain stopper. the towels were small and felt like sandpaper. we stayed for two nights and never had an offer for maid service. the area where the hotel is located is loud (freeway street and ongoing stream of unsavory individuals engaging in illegal activity). even at $62.00 tax a night i still would not recommend this place to anyone but the state health department and id say be sure you are up to date on your tetanus shots.

Inside pool the free washer an dryers the great view an the location

Waiting to get in the pool bc they couldn't get people out. Staff needs to be more friendly.

They don't rent to locals which if here is an emergency like a fire or flood you are screwed

Clean and cheap! Breakfast was good with biscuits gravy and scrambled eggs.

The property was dirty and in need off a being repaired. It looked like a old run down college dorm room or barracks room in the military.

Travel a lot OTR. Neighborhood is safe. Right next to interstate but very quiet. Had a nice indoor pool and hot tub which is why i choose the NORTH side lamplighter...BUT did not get to use either because you could smell the bleach before opening door to the pool area, then once opening the bleach literally instantly started burning my eyes and lungs. (Im someone that cleanes with pure bleach so i can handle it)..but 4 steps in and i turned around.. that was WAY TO MUCH. As for the room...pleanty of room with no bad oders . Bed was firm but comfortable, pillows not so much. Bedding was clean but suggest using a different detergent, sheets felt gummy like the rinse cycle didnt work. Same as the carpet.. felt like too much carpet powder built up, wet then dry.(wore flip flops entire time) . Frig was inside a cabinet with no air vents so all our drinks froze. Only luke warm water in shower at 8 pm but at 5 am it was hot. Breakfast was normal. Even with all the issues if the sheets, pillows and bleach was better id stay again ..with flip flops for everyone.

Room was cleaned and the staff were excellent, no complaints here.

We were so impressed with counter person (female) due to her personality and excellent customer service that we returned a week later for a second stay. Only bad part was our room had a leaky refridgerator and floor never dried. Very unique problem, can happen anytime.

The inside swimming but still could be outdoors and there breakfast was over and beyond what was expected

Need to pay a little more attention to property maintenance! It’s the little things mainly
