The staff at the Best Western were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is clean and well stocked. I would have loved to see more options for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned smelled good. But could use some update like the head boards, water pressure in the shower, and window curtains. Overall I was not disappointed with my stay.

Overall hotel experience was good. Unfortunately, when we checked in they were experiencing some issues with thier computer so it was a very slow experience. Luckily, there was no one else trying to check in at the time. The young lady at the desk did the best she could. Other than the slow check in, everything else was great. We found the room to be well maintained, clean and servicable. Everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice with a good selection including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as the waffles everyone seems to love. There were other offerings as well and the ladies that maintain the breakfast area were doing a good job keeping up with the demand. For what we were doing in the Springfield area, the hotel location was very good. Highlights were: Staff, location, cleanlness and the breakfast. The price was reasonable given what was offered at this property. This is a recommended property.

Staff was amazing! I have no negative comments about the room. It was the 2 queen kitchenette. It was clean and nice. Would have been better if it had a couch instead of two chairs, but it was amazing. Breakfast was amazing, the only things I would have changed was more jelly options and offering real butter instead of butter "spread". Will be going back!!
