The room we had, had significant water damage on the ceiling and looked like it could potentially be unsafe but the entire property was great otherwise. I took pictures because it was sketchy if there would be issues with the ceiling. Room was actually really clean otherwise

I liked this hotel. It was on the back end of our 6,000 mile trip. This hotel was great! They sold out our room that was we booked in February, but the desk lady was great. My only complaint was parking. It was difficult to find a spot. Vehicles with trailers took up 5-7 spots because of how they parked. I think this needs to be addressed somehow because there were only like 3 spots left and cars parked in places that weren’t even spots. However great hotel.

Bad ac and cleaning

The people were friendly, the lobby and elevator smelled musty. The elevator and hallways had trash on the floors. Our room was 74 when we got in. My wife has an autoimmune disease so she disinfects everything in the e room when we get there. I lowered the ac and by the time we went to bed it had heated up to 77. I put the ac on 66 and when we checked out it had only cooled off to 74, the outside temp was 63 and I could not open the window to cool it off. We did not call to switch rooms because my wife would have to disinfect again. Overall I was disappointed with the facility.

Over all this hotel is great! Very comfortable, spacious rooms. We only had one issue with the bathroom door not locking, and the light shining through the bathroom door was very bright when the rest of us were trying to sleep. The lobby area was great, and the breakfast options were decent.

Super clean, super nice rooms. Hotel overall was really nice. The bed and especially the pillows were quite uncomfortable, and breakfast was average at best (just one waffle maker in the whole place). Loved the shower though and the room was the perfect size.

Started bad but ended good

We had a ground floor room and once we unpacked we discovered we had a problem with ants, due to recent heavy rains. We had already unpacked for the night, but I called the desk and told them we needed a different room. There was one room left to move to and we found no problem in this one. I personally didn't care for the bed; found it uncomfortable, but my husband could sleep through a hurricane so he had no issue with it. The next day I told the front desk of the room change, and the person working rewarded me extra points for the inconvenience we experienced. That was customer service! I don't know her name, but she should be recognized for making sure we were taken care of! Her initials were LLP.
