When we arrived- after a very long day- we were told that our reservations had been cancelled. And guess what, no vacancies. Yep so here I shout to everyone Please pick your accommodations and providers better. Candlewood and Expedia both failed me!! Terrible

We got to our room and the bathroom light above the sink flickered and went out. The wall mounted blow dryer didn’t work. There was another in a bag that at first didn’t work, but we reset the outlet in the bathroom, and it worked after that. The TV had no signal. We tried to call these items in but the phone in the room was dead. The front desk clerk solved out TV problem, the other stuff, she said she would “make a note of it.” Not much help.

This hotel gave our family just what we needed did an overnight stay in Springfield. There was plenty of parking, places to eat nearby and the rooms were quiet. The rooms are a little dated but we had everything we needed.
