the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was better than most freebie type places and there were actually 3 attendants cleaning and refilling the food, truly unusual. Outdoor pool was nice/clean and we enjoyed it on a hot evening. Plenty of food options in the immediate area, even walkable. Only complaint might be that it was a little noisy, but it is a motel…

Didn't deserve the high average rating!

I can't believe this property had an overall. "excellent" average rating. Their neighborhood is horrible, homeless people everywhere. The place is a rundown MOTEL, and should not have been rated so highly. This has lead me to believe that I cannot trust the ratings on Hotels.com. I'm going to try booking on Expedia directly from now on.

Rooms were a little small, but clean and comfortable. Pool and property were quite nice, with lush grass for animals. Breakfast was also good. Free bottled water & pet treats.

It seems that I got one of the worst rooms for my bargain price. It had a new sink. The room and was clean. The bed was worn out, so I didn't sleep well. The carpet was also worn out.

The property is definitely enhanced in the photos, this is an older motel (vs. hotel) feel. There are a lot of vagrants in the area too. The rooms are a bit outdated and smell musty and moldy, both of us woke with congestion that was eased once offsite. I would not recommend this stay.

Absolutely Disgusting – Never Staying at a Best Western Again I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The moment we walked in, the room smelled musty and old. It only got worse from there. There were pubic hairs in the shower and on the bathroom sink—completely unacceptable. The bed sheets had dirty dog paw prints and hair all over them. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. What really frustrates me is how misleading the photos and reviews were. The pictures made the place look clean and welcoming—it was nothing like that in reality. This experience was so bad, I’ll never stay at a Best Western again. Avoid this place if you care about cleanliness and honesty in advertising.

Retro style motor inn. First room we were given had dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a wad of hair. Asked to change rooms and were denied stating that all rooms were taken. Then the front desk called stating that a room had just become available. It was cleaner. The bed was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful in the end. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay there again.
