Great breakfast options for our family.

Took way too long to check in. I didn’t have my confirmation numbat and they would not use either my name, phone number or credit card info. Ridiculously complicated

I'd like to be able to post a picture of the tub here. I genuinely wished I had brought flip flops to wear in the shower. I forgot to pick up my own hair out of the drain. I know this because after the maid came, it was still there. The ceilings are stained. The curtain had a 2" hole. This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. There is no continental breakfast. There isn't even free coffee downstairs. The only option is a wannabe starbucks where you have to overpay and wait in line in the morning. The hotel desk staff is great. Without them, this place would be closed, in my opinion.

Check in took about 30 minutes of waiting in line. We picked this property for the pool and it was out of service.

I've never stayed at courtyard Marriott Illinois Springfield but I've been charged four times now over four different stays and I'm demanding my money back.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the tub. It looked as if it were sprayed but not cleaned causing a film to be left behind.

The hotel was very nice, loved the pet friendly vibe, fitness area and downstairs lounge. I was only a little disappointed to find the pool/hot tub were very different than the pictures shown.

The room was clean and attractive. I looked the colors and decor very well: fresh, clean, modern but not stark. I'm so glad the color palate was not black and gray. The textures and fabrics were very nice, and the room was spacious.
