This has to be one of my favorites! I love a little history and Rail Haven was such a unique, quiet, cozy, friendly little place to stay. I was impressed by all the original details that have been preserved and/or restored! Best Western Rail Haven is full of charm! I didn’t wanna leave! It’s unlike any other place I’ve ever stayed! Parking is right outside your door. Breakfast is in the original 50’s diner partially converted to the lobby.! It was very clean and all 3 receptionists were so kind and friendly. It didn’t even feel like a hotel. More like a taste of the 50’s! Thank You BW for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant! Very happy customer!

Motor inn on rt 66 route. Park in front of your door, convenient. Julio good on checkinn. Staff in morning friendly, fine breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

Online pictures are very deceiving. This is not a hotel-it’s a motel!! We needed a place that we could gather in, like a lobby for our group-forget it, there isn’t one. The staff was very friendly and it was clean, just not what was advertised. Very very disappointed

Coolest Vibe

First off, just driving into the property is so cool! Classic cars and signage give it the vibe of a retro motor court. We got the Western room and it was probably the most unique experience I’ve ever had. The attention to detail is stunning. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend!!

So quaint... takes you back in time for just a moment. Clean, comfortable & warm. Only downside was that the tv remote did not work, even after changing out the batteries. Loved the grab & go breakfast- giving you all you need to start the day! Definitely would stay again.

The quickest Check in I had on this trip was done by a very pleasant and efficient woman at the front desk! Place was quiet furnace was warm but fan came off and on frequently, but not much of a disturbance. Rooms were small but adequate. Queen beds were very comfortable. I didn’t wait for breakfast so can’t comment on it.

We stayed there while visiting my son. Nice little hotel could use a update but that is part of it's charm. Was worried about traffic noise but was not a issue. Staff where great. Breakfast was basic but good. Will stay there again.
