Wouldn’t know because when I arrived I had no room!

I thought the place seems very dirty. I will not stay there again.

The bathroom shower was falling apart. It seemed to be clean, but outdated.

Location and overall design of lobby, room layout..

The staff was top notch! Every interaction was excellent and they were above and beyond helpful. Our room needed a thorough update and deep clean. Stains on the carpet, walls, ceiling etc. The shower tile has definitely seen better days. For the cost, I was disappointed in the condition of the room. I give it a pleasing solely based on the amazing and gracious staff.

It would be more useful and happy a microwave oven in the room.

It was fine - a slight cigarette smell periodically, which is kind of expected these days, in Missouri anyway.

We have stayed here before. It’s really close to Hammond Field so we can walk to the game and don’t have to worry about parking. We have asked for different options before and never received them(not such a big deal we stopped staying here) We like to be on the parking lot side of the building on a higher floor. This time we asked to check in early and they did accommodate our request by putting us in another room. I asked which side of the building it was in and neither girl at the front desk really knew nor did they look it up. When I found out it was on the other side of the building then we wanted to be on I walked down and asked if we could just stick to our original room, which come to find out was not on the parking lot side either. The lady at the front said she was new, but she was very nice. The room was clean, but seemed to be loud. Next time we will be staying at the hotel closer to the field.

There had been an electric outage due to storm, so only one computer working. Woman at desk took down orbitz info, but this morning I was billed full charge. When I asked at the desk, I was told I’d have to speak with manager on Monday about refund, instead of immediately correcting it, so have been charged by orbitz and University Plaza.

This hotel is nice, clean and convenient to the university.

We werent there long enough to give a review. Maybe next time

Bath room flooded with continued leak all 3 nites. Maintanaince came said they could not tell where it came from hut told us the room above us had leaking problems. Handed us a bunch of towels to put on the floor. Missing expensove headphones other staff se engaged was noce

We had booked the hotel 3 months early. On the evening of our check in they told us we do not have a room because they overbooked and we would have to go to another hotel over 4 miles away. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

rooms were outdated and worn but very clean; staff was superb; breakfast delicious!

I thought it was great however I had to change rooms, because I noticed cigarette Burns on the curtains and some scratches on the wall. In the other room was great, there was crack on the bathroom wall but you could tell that they did fix it and the desk had like a chunk kind of missing but you couldn’t tell unless you looked very closely. The biggest part that was really annoying was the tornado warning going constantly. The hotel staff made sure everyone was comfortable and had some packs of water in the room and gave us complementary breakfast vouchers for the next day.
